Gloves and shoulders are by far the least stats. Hence they are the best for T5 soloing.

I use a exotic worm for soloing stuff.
Just feel like the 20% arp give me alot more dmg.

Yeah, I would have to agree that the turtle is one of the top pets, even more so in the up and comeing patch with the change to cower being a mini ''shieldwall''. If I remember correctly, its going to be a 31.5 sec. cooldown being BM spec. Now add that ontop of the already amazing shell shield with a 42 second cool down, alot of damage can be delt with in a tight spot.

Also, has any one put any attempts on Illhoof? The damage of the prison he puts you in is all shadow damage (which is resistable), so with enough shadow resist this might be able to be delt with long enough for your pet to break you free. I do have alot of shadow resist saved up for something else I am working on. I will put in some attempts maybe this comeing week as I have one of the Ony healing per 5 trinkets (25 man) but I am still waiting for the ten man to drop to have the 1xxx health per 5.

What I did for this boss, was that I equipped 3 pieces of Tier 1 and outranged his traps. I could not damage the boss directly, so I had my pet doing damage to him, while I killed the little imps that spawned. With a tenacity pet I was able to keep my pet alive against Illhoof and his pet imp by using mend pet and shooting at the imps, it took about 10 minutes for my pet to kill him, as I hit enrage, just before he died.

A few tips for the Kara solo runners.

Moroes: not sure if this is reproducible or just a one time bug, but when I had my pet tank the adds inside while I kited Moroes out of his room, he reset, and respawned without any adds, making the fight a cake walk.

Maiden: position your pet using the pillars such that you are in LOS of the pet, pet is meleeing Maiden, but you are not in LOS of maiden, and just have your pet slowly bring Maiden down. No holy fire this way.

Curator: for the sparks phase, tank it so that Curator is facing you, and you are within 45 yards of your pet, but not of Curator. No hateful bolts this way.

Shade: for some reason, using my normal pet tank spec caused Shade to target me much less than when I tried it in my Marks spec.

Terestian Illhoof: not soloable, sacrifice goes through walls.

Well, Krelle on previous page provided a tactic to kill him, so i guess you're wrong.

I tried it and it did not work for me. No matter how far out I got, I still got sacrificed and the pet wasn't enough to take down the chains in time.

From what I understood about this so far, Hawk Eye wouldn't completely make a difference as it seems they are trying to run as far away as possible before the sacrifices go off. But, potentialy, you could have Hawk Eye and get a couple more yards to run away when you need to, so in that regard, it could helpful.

Has anyone acquired the trinket from Onyxia that gives huge (500+) hp5?

I have a feeling that this would trivialise a lot of the fights where keeping yourself alive is the issue.

Ive got the 576 hp5 trinket. Fight's where you previously had to bandage (Rajaxx, Majordomo, Shade of Aran, etc.) have been made trivial.
Made standing in during Maiden of virtue instead of LoSing even easier.

Currently working on Broodlord but spirit bond + trinket cant keep me up yet. Maybe when i get the Ony 10 trinket (510 hp5) to pair with it .

Actually, I've been eyeing Molten Core as a possible solo event just to go after Golemag and try for the Biznicks Acurascope schematic.

Any tips/suggestions?
