Assuming they haven't changed the fight to disallow soloing him for some reason and you aren't just hitting the berserk, my best guess is that you're sitting in a lightning ball. Make sure you're strafing around him (you can use the circle on the minimap as a gauge of about how far away you should be) whenever he throws that ball at you. You can even preempt it a little by watching for him to drop his head down below his shoulders right before he spits it out.

If you want a better assessment you'll have to provide logs or at least a picture of a death log.

This time I'll make a proper video. This was honestly harder than Algalon and probably took longer as well, especially because the hardest part of the fight is 15 minutes in, so it was hard to get practise on. Most of the wipes were in phase 1 to accidentally getting Infest or [insert other stupid reason here].

Earlier today I had a 12% wipe. It was the last outside phase, and he melees me just before turning around when Distracting Shot ran out. Needless to say, that sucked a LOT. I will probably include a small clip of that in the vid, and perhaps also a 30% wipe due to rocket fuel leak.

Additionally, I killed Yogg-Saron on 25 man with 1 watcher. It basically comes down to nothing but luck in phase 2, everything else is cake. You need to feign pretty early in phase 2 or it just spams 12% sanity loss like an idiot, making you insane in 10 seconds into phase 2. I used Blink Strike in a macro to kill Constrictors, it just happens that Constrictors spawn every 20 seconds - exactly the same as the cooldown on Blink Strike. It required a crit to oneshot the tentacle though. The spells from Corruptor Tentacle have a high miss chance, but getting an Apathy or Black Plague still basically means you wipe. Also, it seems like it's mandatory to get the Icecrown vision, since you can kill the tentacles in there in a few seconds, which is needed in order to get the brain down in time.

Always dispel his heal!

Blue phase: interrupt his storm, let him release his abominations. Stay on pet to quickly get released from flash freeze.
Red phase: same thing, just don't stand in front of him. MAke sure aberrations are on pet. You might need to use last stand sinc there will be like 12 aberrations + boss on pet.
Green: AoE adds. then kill one by one all new adds.

Once all adds are dead, you can really dps the boss, new goal is to beat the enrage. Keep dispelling.
When he spawns the big adds, simply do'nt stand in the fire and kite them.
I got him 20 seconds before enrage, but I could have done better, so he doesn't require too much gear (485 should be enough).

Don't stand in his face. From what I have figured, it seems that he melees you which is IK on this difficulty. Just move a little more back.

managed to solo anub arak 25h.. gear full stamina + spirit beast + stam flask - Here is the SS.. i'll post the video soon.
it's kinda difficult to solo, cause the timers are ur enemies to , u must enter in the third phase some seconds b4 burrowing, cause the penetrating cold timer is the worst thing, ur spirit mend must have a good combination with it, i dont know how to explain it right, and the stamina gear is bcoz ur spirit bond will heal more if u have more hp, then its heals will be higher than the penetrating cold + leeching swarm damage, u must have ur deterrence up too, cause if the penetrating cold is still going on you u can use deterrence to not die ( ur life will go to less than 1k)...I used a healing potion on the second/third phase....first is spirit mend, dont use all ur cds at once cause u need to maximize ur dps and have cds,, use ur stampede glyphed between 2 spirit mends, cause the copies can heal too, it's another cooldown, does not share the same cd with ur main pet...
u must pas it to the third phase with 2 down phases only ur it will berserk. and dps is not easy cause u will need at least 500k hp to kill him, and it means a full stamina gear...
use the glyph that increases ur heals by 10% ... and u dont need to heal ur pet, just heal him b4 entering in the third phase or it will use his spirit mend on himself... that's it, if u have any questions u can ask, i may have forgotten something.

keep moving around him the whole fight, cause he casts an aoe spell that causes great damage.

Managed to down Alysrazor nhc as survival a few days ago..
Done it this way:

I didnt fly for 1 full phase circle. killed all initiates and hatchlings (couldnt survive a tornado phase outside the combat zone) in phase 1.

For phase 4 i kited her a bit and used fd so she attacked my pet for the rest of the phase. After the first cycle i just finished her in the air but it was a pretty close kill (2% hp left or smth and already in tornado phase).

The most important thing was to get the hatchlings down ASAP! Used all cds+potion, powershot->readiness->2nd powershot (make sure to hit both with it). After they reached me I used deterrence to avoid beeing hit until the worms spawn I also kited them with rocket boots to minimize melee damage (these hatchlings can hit pretty hard).

Talents used:
Tier 1: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Chimera
Tier 2: Silencing Shot
Tier 3: Spirit Bond
Tier 4: Thrill of the Hunt (important for hatchlings)
Tier 5: A Murder of Crows
Tier 6: Powershot (important for hatchlings)

i ve soloed gluth 25 many weeks ago. I didnt upload anything cause i didnt even know there nobody had killed him: send ur pet to the door and just stay close to where the adds spawns. They will aggro on u and zerg boss.. With spirit bond you will need like 95k dps to kill the boss b4 dying. Just zerg him with a lust pet
