FF gives 16% pet damage to yogg in his last phase, the devilsaur gets 9% always. He will probably out DPS a cunning pet anyway because of better talents (shark attack is another 6% damage, and he gets cotw), but he also does more DPS during the earlier parts of the fight. I would very sincerely doubt a cunning pet would beat a devilsaur. For MM and SV it may be totally worth it, the mana cooldown is good and they can't get shark attack anyway, so the DPS of a cunning pet may actually be higher for them. For BM, though, I'd have very serious doubts.

Valid points, but really in yogg 0, the only dps that matters is phase 3. The other phases are important, but not as important as the final stage. You need maximum burn, and I found that you can use volley pretty much the whole phase hitting yogg, and the adds, which adds a considerable amount of dps. You may, however, need the mana return a cunning pet gives.

The main page seems a bit out of date now, is it possible for anyone to update it? Or is no-one going raiding as BM these days?

Has anyone tried a BM spec with a Bear pet on Anub 25 HC? Swipe+thunderstomp should be pretty neat for the AoE, but is the spec+pet worth using there?

I believe that pet Swipe is still limited to 3 targets. Thus the value might be somewhat limited. Also it really depends on what the guild needs. If the adds aren't an issue per se, then adding more AoE won't help a lot, then staying with a stronger single target Ferocity pet would be better.
If it is getting close every time and MM or Survival isn't an option you are willing to take, then I think a Bear pet could help. Timing BW with Burrowers lined up and it could get quite interesting to watch (Cobra Strikes do work with Thunderstomp and Swipe and everything are crits). But I doubt it would be better than MM or Survival for AoE.

Cunning pets cost you call of the wild, I don't see how they could ever make up for it.
If they manage to get the crit scaling in by 3.3 raptors should be an excellent pet. I have 40% crit unbuffed as bm I think, so that would pump up a pets crit to fairly high levels. Savage rend is a 30 second uptime, with the added bonus of doing more damage than bite. Last time I used a devilsaur monstrous bite did less damage than regular bite.

As a reminder, pet scaling from hunter stats is not one for one, I'd guess pets would inherit about 1/3rd of the hunter's crit percent. (Which is still a nice boost.)(If this change really makes it in to 3.3.) The other major stat which might get inherited by the pet is ArP - this would be great for pets that have a physical special ability, but not as good for pets with magical damage specials like spirit beasts.
As for which pet, it would need testing, but remember that the devilsaur's monstrous bite is not just damage, it also applies a stacking damage buff on itself. This buff is what makes the devilsaur as good as it is.

Monstrous bite adds 3% damage per use stacking 3 times, but does less damage than regular bite.
Savage rend adds 10% damage for 30 seconds if it crits(1 minute cd, reduced by longevity), and does more damage than regular bite.
They both have their advantages, but as crit goes up the raptor gets better.

GC has already stated that pets will not inherit ArP, since they are going to do away with ArP in the next expansion they see no need to waste time messing with it and pets.

The Monstrous Bite ability has a 10 second cooldown (reduced by longevity to 7 seconds) and will last for 12 seconds past the last monstrous bite.
So the question comes down to what is better? a 9% damage buff for the bulk of a fight or a 10% damage buff that has a 30 second uptime out of every 42 seconds (with longevity)? Remember the 10% damage bonus is presuming that the savage rend doesn't fail to crit.
