I occasionally get reports of this problem but I've never been able to track it down since it seems to be specific to individuals. Have you tried logging out and back in or a different browser? It may be a proxy server or something interfering. Did it used to work for you?

I am wondering what is the acceptable difference between the DPS that the tool reports and lets say the DPS I do in Jaraxxus in ToC 25 (the closest to tank and spank encounter). For me it says I should be doing 6.7k and I am doing 5.9k. Is this TOO much of a difference or it is within the normal margins.

I tried to logout and than login but the status is always on "Saving..." I tried with FireFox and IE but the problem is the same.
I'm on FastWeb, dont know if it could be the problem...

Found a typo on femaledwarf.

For the Horde version of the Heroic 1H weapon "Frostblade Hatchet" the armory import will fail saying it's not listed. That's because it's spelled "Frostblade Hatched" in the analyzer. =)

Thanks for letting me know Woody, I've fixed it. The armory import problem was actually unrelated to the spelling error but I fixed both problems.

MelviN I'm really not sure what could be causing it. Does everything but the saving work? Can you load public saved settings?

For the mjolnir runestone, is the proc correct? It seems like it procs only on chance on ranged critical hit instead of ranged hit. Then again I might have miscalculated

I can't seem to see the settings that I made public from the "Load Settings". I even tried search the name, and it's not coming up. Is a problem on my end or the site itself?

The Mjolnir Runestone is configured to proc on hit not crit.

Bluesfear can you send me a PM with the name of your saved setting that you're looking for and your username on the site so I can check what's going on?

I noticed on your default settings for Feeding Frenzy that is it set to 0.9 minutes, however, Kill Shot is set to 1.2 mins. Since feeding frenzy occurs at 35% and Kill Shot at 20% shouldn't the default duration of Feeding Frenzy be higher?

The feeding frenzy setting is actually the time period between 35-20% where feeding frenzy is active but kill shot hasn't kicked in yet. This is the same way it's setup in the Excel spreadsheet. I tried to add descriptive text to make it clearer but I realize it's a bit confusing. The kill shot range and feeding frenzy range are added together to find the time that feeding frenzy is actually active.

Silly me, I found out the issue Rivkah, you can't go over 14,000 DPS, and my settings was over 14,000 DPS.

Any chance of increasing the DPS range for search?

Thanks for reminding me, I'd been meaning to do that and it completely slipped my mind. I've set it to 18k now which hopefully should do till the next expansion

Do you have an explanation why I lose 3.98 DPS when I take one point out of Focused Aim, though I'm over the hit cap before and after?

Are you using the Draenei hit buff to meet your hit cap? The Draenei hit buff does not transfer expertise to pets. Focused aim transfers some expertise but only half the expected amount. So that would explain the small dps difference if this is the case in your settings.

It must have been late last night, I didn't really think of looking where the difference actually came from.
I'm at 213 hit rating with 2/3 Focused Aim, so I'm 16 rating over cap without a Draenei.

But the difference comes from the pet indeed. Both bite and melee, so I think it has something to do with pet expertise, but I doubt it's correct this way.
