I suppose you should add the [Sash of Potent Incantations].

While being considerably worse than [Sash of Ancient Power] (except perhaps for FFB), it is better (for any spec) than all of your list 2 items.

Plus: It is much easier to come by than [Sash of Potent Incantations].

If he does it would be nice if he updates the first post to reflect the better gear options listed in this thread.

If he doesn't it would be nice if a new thread was started by someone willing to maintain the list in the first post.

My guild has a core group of raiders but not enought to run a second raid. So if the raid is full us lowly geared toons loose a chance to upgrade. I have a lot of PVP Wintergrasp items just because I can get them solo. I need to run more 5 man heroic to gear up and this thread is a nice reference.

I just started using Rawr and it has been a huge help. I now know if an item is an upgrade to my current gear but I am not always sure if I should save my emblems for a better option. I have been running Rawr over and over and evaluating DPS points gained by each piece of gear. For the gear I have evaluated this thread matches my results, BUT I would rather spend my time running a Heroic trying to get a drop instead of trying to figure which Heroic is most likely to give me a good drop

I can update the first page, but much of the content has become opinion, with some really good explanation of why people prefer certain items.

I almost think that the thread is worth a full read vs. just updating the front page.

More importantly:

With Patch 3.3 on our doorstep I think it hardly worthwile gearing up a toon right now, as this patch will yield real fast 4 piece T9, a superior weapon, lots of new emblem stuff, etc.

The only thing I still consider worth pursuing pre-raid atm is the Abyssal Rune.
