With Patch 3.3.5 out on US servers tomorrow and the impending arrival of Ruby Sanctum, has anybody Simmed the Best-In-Slot Lists in regards to replacing [The Lady's Brittle Bracers] with [Bracers of Fiery Night]? I am assuming that the heroic version would most definitely be BIS as it gives us Crit/Haste/SP and most probably an ilvl increase over [The Lady's Brittle Bracers]. Thinking of getting a [Loop of the Endless Labyrinth] in place of [Ring of Rapid Ascent] to make up for the lost Spell Hit from bracers.

In addition, how does [Charred Twilight Scale] stand up to its ICC predecessors? Would it replace [Dislodged Foreign Object] or [Phylactery of the Nameless Lich] in Fire 3.3.5 BIS Lists?

AFAIK the hard-mode loots are unknown.
Changing the Ring to make up for the lost Hitrating of Lady's Brittle Bracers seems a good Idea, but neither normal mode Trinket nor the bracer/ring combo can keep up with the 277 items

Considering Halion's normal mode loot is the same as LK's normal mode, it's not a stretch to assume a similar jump for his heroic mode. The hard mode loot would normally be virtually identical in stat distribution, with possibly some stats taken out in favor of an extra gem slot.

I'll update this post when new items are discovered or if Rawr starts to tell me something entirely different...

For Alliance, BiS fire, this changes: Amulet of the Silent Eulogy and Sanctified Bloodmage Robe in their respective slots. While still using 3 veiled Ametrine, switch Tuskar's to Icewalker for the last 12 hit.

If you wanted to keep Tuskarr's then just switch two veiled ametrines to potents and keep the same gear as the horde BiS list above.

I've done some analysis on [Charred Twilight Scale], a semi-full ICC clear, around 140 procs for the trinket.

The minimum duration between procs was 50 seconds;
The average duration between procs on boss fights was 53.3seconds for a fire mage.

The data fits a model of 50s ICD and 30% proc chance on spellcast and makes the average uptime for a fight to be 28%.

EDIT: found a few more logs on WoL, I'm quite certain now that the ICD is infact 50s; for affliction warlock the average time to proc it seems to be around 55.6s.
