Ugh. DPS dropping another couple hundred. Didn't normalize several things. BTW, for those who recall I mentioned TV was not normalized under 4.x. Wowhead will validate that TV was not, while other attacks were. Normalized is one of the 'Effects' and shows up on the MoP version of TV, but not the Live version. For comparison, it shows up on both for CS.

Gone back through the damage calcs for everything with a fine-toothed comb. Hopefully they are now all accurate for today's release. Debugged and made Item Calc available, but it's still not recommended due to speed reasons.

Presently seeing about 20% DPS loss from 4.x (47k) to 5.x (37k).

The number for censure is the number of times it is applied which is equal to the number of seal of truth procs. Expand censure for number of ticks, which is less than number of procs.

I forget, does censure actually scale tick time with haste? It's marked as doing so in the SimC code but I don't remember if it actually does.

Re: DivPurp TVs

I have found only negligible gain from holding on to a DP proc to use Hammer or Exo instead of spending it immediately, so SimC is currently set up to use it immediately. I'll check again with some of the recent bug fixes I've added.

What you mean saying about DPS decreasing? On live i have 31k DPS on 85lvl dummy in my current 407 gear (with slicer 410). On beta with same geared character gemed, chanted and reforged on haste>mastery>crit, i have 38k on dummy. Only selfbuffed with DP

It depends a great deal on fight length. On beta we have even more insane burst than on live, so depending on how long you go that will change the results a lot. Full raid buffs also impact it.

It is also possible you are just better at beta ret rotation than live ret.

Thanks for pointing that out....I had expanded the proc, but not Censure.

I believe that Censure scales just like any other DoT.

I'm pretty fine with live ret too - for example, on Blackhorn 10 hm i was 7'th among rpallies on wowlogs some time ago.
And on live I have ping near 55 ms, but on beta - just 220 ms. So, my opinion and opinion of one of the best rpallies of world Nurse (Нюрс) - rpallies are fine on migration patch.

But i'm waiting for real raiding testing of course

In both instances, for how long were you wailing on the dummies? If your test durations weren't identical, give or take a handful of seconds, then that will skew your data.

Also, you didn't say which 75 talent you are using which has an impact as well. A short parse with HA will do more damage than the equivalent short parse on live.

Someone feel free to pick this post apart - let's get a general consensus on Level 75 talents for DS encounters. If what Balhale's recent sims are saying holds true, then it seems as if Sanctified Wrath becomes to top dog on single target encounters. Right now I'm considering the following:

Morchok, Zon'ozz, Ultraxion, Warmaster: Sanctified Wrath
Yor'sahj, Hagara, Spine: Holy Avenger (AoE burst phase, 100% damage phase, tendons)
Madness: Divine Purpose (quick AoE, many target swaps)

As for DPS today, just go hit up a quick LFR and beat on Ultraxion a few times; it's easy access to full raid buffs and the perfect stand still encounter.

I agree with those choices. Madness is probably arguable between SancWrath or DivPurp.

I have make near ten tests only with haste+DP. Damage done - 10kk.
I have make testes HA and SW too but those tests had lower results, some between 35-36k

Yor'sahj - AoE phase is to much fast now with huge nerf, so my chose HA or DP.
Ultraxion - HA has right on live too

I didn't check the exactly time, but it was something near 4.35, but faster then 5 min

Yeah, that's on the short side of things - I usually do 10 minute tests to even out RNG.

I suppose that if we do have better dps over a shorter (4-5 minute) fight then our dps for the patch will go up because that's how long at most many of the fights are now.

Can someone explain? On 90 lvl and haste forged gear I have 4.02 sec cd for Crusader Strike. But same cd I have with melee/spell haste buff. On 85 lvl - same. Both haste buf don't affect our CD's???
