@Voldemort, pg20: SoB as stated in the tooltip relies on Melee haste. The 3 buffs gained in raids are Spell haste (ie Elemental Oath), Melee Attack speed (Hunting Party), and Melee/Spell Haste (Bloodlust). The latter is the only ability hat affects Melee Haste and thus, SoB.

Was Inquisition not changed (or was slated to be changed) so that you could refresh it at 3 seconds or less and have the new 3 HP 30s duration added to the remaining < 3 seconds?
From hitting dummies last night for it never seemed very consistent. Sometimes it would just give me a 30 s Inq while others maybe 31.5/31 seconds.

It had worked for me only when I refreshed with 2 or less secs.Never with 3.
So what is the word on glyphs for PvE for rets? I'm seeing a lot of utility and am just not sure whether its a choice based on raid comp or if there are some better choices than others.
The glyph of Templar's Verdict (10% damage reduction after using TV for a few seconds) is probably the most useful in terms of raid utility available to you right now. I believe the jury is still out on Glyph of Harsh Words as being minimally useful. Glyph of Mass Exorcism isn't available yet, but will probably be the most useful for AOE-heavy fights.
That's all off the top of my head, there may be others.
A question about SimC: Ive imported my char from the armory but when i look at the strength in Simc and the str listed in armory, i see 2 different values. From my latest armoy: Nythan @ Zangarmarsh - Game Guide - World of Warcraft
it says i have 6896 (172+6724) strength.
when imported to simc, the simulation page says i have 6404 (from gear) is there a reason for this discrepancy and im just missing it?
To clarify - this makes it now 101.25% weapon damage, right? The total value being 75% of the previous (135%), not 135% - 25% = 110%.

Paper: "OMG, WTF, Scissors!"
Scissors: "Rock is OP and Paper are QQers. We need PvP buffs."
