I have a question regarding librams. I currently have the heroism badge libram, obstruction I think, and I am wonder if the valor and or conquest badge librams are improvements? The increased sp to consecrate seems helpful, but mainly for trash pulls and multitudes of adds. Is it worth picking up just for clearing raids and dungeons en route to bosses? Also the conquest libram has less block but the effect lasts 10 seconds longer, but this doesnt seem to matter since you should be judging at least 10 seconds anyways. Any help would be appreciated.

The "best" libram is the Triumph one (you have to do the heroic daily quest 13 times), otherwise keep using Libram of Obstruction.

Obstruction is the best libram again after the duration change. Obstruction is up 100% of the time now, while the Ulduar one was already up 100% of the time, but got it's duration doubled anyway.

Don't exorcism and HoW start autoattacking as well?

Alson while every bit helps, having 5/5 divity on JoL raises it to 2.1 percent of health, so for a 50k health tank, it goes from 1,000 healing to 1,050 healing, with the benefit commensurately less for the less sturdy other raid members. So its nice to keep up, but there probably isn't a need to make a big effort to keep the ret pally's JoL as the one up.

Oops, I misread, Libram of Obstruction is best until the new one.

Exo does not start the swing timer and I don't know if HoW does.

My Libram of Obstruction says 352 BV for 10 seconds, I've no idea why yours would say anything different to that. Perhaps thinking of the Mother Shahraz libram?

Is there a 3.2 Prot Paladin guide similar to the Ret guide? I'm talking talent specs, stat weights, gems, ect for 3.2 Prot paladins.

Other than the decent Prot Pally thread here, Maintankadin/Tankspot has a lot of decent articles. However, the information there is spread out.

To the above poster, Judgement of the Just is mandatory talent. Not only does it makes your target hit 20% slower (granted it is covered by others, but not good to rely on it), it also counts as a melee attack which will proc SoV (more threat).

Glyph of Salvation is situational, it is nice if you have a huge threat lead or are good at canceling it after the Big Hit comes, but otherwise it could cause a lot of issues.

To add to this, Crusader Strike also starts auto-attack.

Quick question regarding SoW.

I recently read in these forums somewhere how this seal works, and also the proc rate for it, but for the life of me I cant seem to find it. The reason I'm asking is I also read about judgements now causing SoW to proc and as a Holy Pala I am trying to decide if using +hit rings, kneck and cape may be a viable option. Obviously I will have to select those itmes carefully, but most of my choices for items in those slots are haste/MP5 items and it seems fit that I could replace the MP5 with hit to get the SoW proc and possibly gain more MP5 in the long run.

Would be very grateful if anyone can point me towards the info so I can have a more in depth read, just cant find it lol.

Think about what you're losing with JotJ (Judgements of the Just - Spell - World of Warcraft)

A 20% decrease in attack speed, while not amazing at glance, it adds up in the long run to a nice damage reduction overall.

I'm not saying yes or no exactly to your answer, however, if you have someone else that can apply the debuff then obviously no it's not needed. But, like I stated earlier, it's VERY nice and will add up

Neither can. The FoL HoT gains the full power of the crit FoL, but that's about it.

Is there a version of the Bellator/Exemplar spreadsheet that has been updated for 3.2?
