Quick question.

As it seems now, being hit capped is very important, and to be hit capped seems easy as hell since its basically hit on almost every piece of plate armor.

So im wondering, when im capped in hit , what would i go for then in the other slots?

Haste, armor penetration? Crit? A mix? Expertise? Does it matter?

The next best stats are str expertise and crit. It is hard to say what the best gear setup will have.

Lets put it this way though. If you were to replace every stat of haste or armpen with str you would be happy. So basically we tolerate these stats on our gear we do not have a set amount of haste or armpen we need however

Look at the original post. It tells you exactly how strong various stats are relative to each other. The short answer is you get hit capped no matter what, then you stack str/exp gear until exp capped, at that point just stack more str.
