Latest version.

I've got this to the point where I think it's both accurate enough to be relied on, and functional enough to be actually useful, so I'm releasing it here.

Implemented:
Gear + Gem stats
Enchants
Set bonuses
All reachable Holy, Prot, Ret talents
Almost all raid buffs
All common glyphs (including 3.09's GoSoR)
96969 rotation comparing SoB, SoR and SoV
Stat weights including a graph (hardcoded for the moment)
Partial resists and glancing blows.

Todo:
Naked stats for anything other than a level 80 human
A better Holy Shield model
Non-96969 rotations (i.e. Glyphed AS on cooldown, HoW at sub-20%)

Not implemented:
Gear database
Level < 80
Offspec threat talents like Holy Shock or Divine Storm.

All comments are welcome. Thanks for your time.

Few things I saw that appears incorrect:

Boss parry is 14%
The game takes into account all points of expertise, not just increments of 0.25 expertise, so the in-game UI is incorrect.

Since I had to respec from Ret, I checked the base stats for Blood Elves, they are:

Stamina: 141
Strength: 148
Agility: 92
Intelect: 102
Spirit: 104
Base mana (including Intelect): 5644
Edit: Stats were taken without any gear or talents. Forgot the AP.

The base mana is incorrect, because when spells take into account base mana it does not include int. Anyway, for all paladins the base mana is the same.

Also base stats don't matter that much, it is like 5-10 at most of a difference.
