I found it, the Strength bonus of Blessing of Kings was separated into a seperate buff. So make sure you enabled the "Blessing of Kings (Str/Sta Bonus)" buff as well. This was done since Blessing of Sanctuary now provides 10% strength, so it prevents both of them from being enabled at once. This isn't that intuitive and I will try to improve it for next release.
That is very odd, I haven't made any changes at all to Ret itself since 2.2.17. I'll look into it.
The ArP nerf is active with 2.2.18, so I assume Rawr uses global values to get how much armor removal comes from each rating?

Yea, there are shared formulas for stuff like Armor Reduction, so that was properly updated. That nerf should give no where near 500 dps loss, so I knew it wasn't caused by that anyway (unless there was a bug with that change).
I upgraded to 2.2.19 from a couple versions back. And I can't seem to find the filter or other 'thinghy' to remove all the horde versions of the colliseum gear.
Being alliance I don't need them and it messes up the available screen space having doubles of every item.
Been spinning my head over this for a while now...
The Tribute Chest filter isn't working, it's always off, unless you enable the "ALL" filter.
This seems to be because the Tribute Chest filter is listed as a subfilter of the 'Grand Crusader' instances, but the loot items from the tribute chest are listed as:
"Found in Argent Crusade Tribute Chest in Trial of the Crusader"
where for this filter to work properly as it is now it should be:
"Found in Argent Crusade Tribute Chest in Heroic Trial of the Crusader (10/25)"
I am trying to reach the same DPS Rawr reports me on a heroic target dummy and for some reason all my abilities are hitting for around 7% less than what Rawr shows me. Did they change the armor on the heroic target dummy or is it something with Rawr?
I have checked all my self buffs:
Blessing of Might
Sanctified Retribution
Swift Retribution
Heart of the Crusader
Fight Parameters:
Mob type - Other
Target level - 83
Could it be that Rawr already calculates buffs likes Swift Retribution or Heart of the Crusader and selecting them doubles their effects?

Never ever try to use target dummies for dps checks. The only thing they're good for is practising rotations and testing proc rates.
Damage increasing talents don't work properly on dummies.
How does RAWR calculate the uptime of the berserking enchant? I ask because in my experience it has an uptime of ca. 80% (tested on target dummy, just estimating the uptime by counting refreshes and seconds of downtime intervals). However RAWR states berserking as a bit more than double massacre, so there is a gap of about 100 AP, which is quite significant. My guess is that not all proc-capable effects are considered(should be around 120 per minute). That would also have an influence on the value of the Onyxia one-hand weapons for PvP as Prot.

That's probably because dummies are mechanical units, which is why I set mob type to other. I never had a problem with dummies on other classes in the past.

No, dummies have wierd mechanics (beyond simply being mechanical). There have been many examples in the past of abilities not working correctly with them, such as DOT's only doing 1 damage. The boss dummies have also been inconsistent when it comes to avoidance mechanics.
Target dummies are great for practicing rotations or proc rates, but have proven time and time again to be inaccurate when it comes to actual damage amounts. Furthermore, if you're whacking a target dummy on your own, you're not seeing the correct damage breakdown/spread that you'd see in a raid, due to different scaling. It's just a bad idea in any sense to use a target dummy for an accurate damage comparison.
Sorry if this post sounded heated, the failure of target dummies is something I'm passionate about.

I'm not so sure that it's inaccurate (or I'm seeing some dumb luck). There's a few settings that you might want to double check in addition to the standard buffs: turn mob type to "other", turn below 20% time to 0%, and uncheck Bloodlust.
If I quadruple the input lag from 0.05 to 0.20 then I get Recount numbers that are nearly identical numbers to what's displayed by Rawr. I have ~200 ms generally. I don't know if "0.20" delay units is equal to 200 ms latency.
For example, using Imp Might, Sanc Ret, Swift Ret, Heart of the Crusader I just achieved a Recount DPS of 4950 after 2 million damage on the level 83 target dummy. Rawr with delay set to 0.20 displays a DPS of 5006. Close enough.
If the delay units actually correspond to seconds, then it's depressing to know that I'm losing 150-200 DPS due to living so far away from my server's data center.
I am unable to find the ilevel 245 Justicebringer in the list of weapons. Anyone else got this bug?
Sometimes the filters act strangly. If you check "ALL" at the bottom of the filter list, it will show all items. Alternatively, you could click the Horde version dual-blade butcher.

Target dummies behave very very strangely with some mechanics. For instance when I was testing on the 3.2 PTR they would gain the extra 3% damage done by Crusade (the mob type potion), but only if they had a +3% crit taken debuff on them. Also be aware Rawr averages in Righteous Vengeance into the ability damage, while recount and other mods will show it separate.
Glutton, yes the delay/wait are measured in seconds. So 0.2 is 200ms.

What do you mean "Recount shows them separate"? Can you explain for me.

When you look at a recount breakdown, it will list RV damage as a different ability. In Rawr, it includes the RV damage in each ability, so you won't see it listed in the different ability contributions, but the Judgement, CS, and DS damage would be higher.

I think it is coming soon, in the next few days. Until though you can download the latest ItemFilter.xml file from Codeplex. Which might fix the issue, though I am not sure on what the exact issue is if it lied there or somewhere else.
When I optimize my set ( I include override gems) I understand Rawr tries to gem everything with +20str.
But then i realize that my Meta wouldn't be activate. A friend of mine said that the calculations were "too complicated" for Rawr to make and that I should put a +10 to everything Tear in the helm and ignore Rawr. I'm inclined to do that, but I thought "hey wth, let's ask the man behind rawr".
Question is, does Rawr actually knows that the Meta isn't gonna activate? And "consciously" made the dicision to gem with all reds (except my t9 legs for the bonus I guess) so my dps would be optimized?
Or should I ignore Rawr on that matter and gem with a Tear anyway?
Thanks in advance.
Edit: Also, Rawr suggests me to change meta to Chaotic Skyflare Diamond. And my +4 bonus str on gloves is ignored as well. I might be doing something wrong..?
Edit2: ROFL nevermind, just checked "enforce gem requirements"
Rawr doesn't have a Nightmare Tear by default in its gemming templates. If you want it to suggest using one when it would give more dps than a +20 str gem, you need to have a template that will attempt to use it in gear. And if you have "enforce gem requirements" set, it most definitely will suggest overwriting one of your +20 str gems, since we get a lot out of 3% crit damage bonus.
I'm trying to get a handle on the value of the i232 and i245 level trinkets of Vengeance of the Forsaken, specifically with respect to the on-use ability (which doesn't appear to be evaluated properly in Rawr).
In testing on target dummies, its stacks seem to build off of virtually everything I do - autoattack melee swings, CS, DS, etc. So in practice, I'm finding that the stacks get up there very quickly.
So I'm trying to peg a static AP equivalent for them. Assuming I manage by some means to get up about 1 stack per second after the first second, I'm looking at something like:
( (19 * 215) + (18 * 215) + (17 * 215) + (16 * 215) + (15 * 215) ) / 20 = ~914 AP average per on-use, and with a 20-seconds-per-2-minutes uptime, end out with a static AP equivalent of about 152 AP. By the same mechanics, the heroic version that puts up 250AP per stack instead of 215AP would come out at the equivalent of 177AP.
Does this seem like a reasonable way to peg some approximation of the value of the on-use effect to evaluate on Rawr (i.e., I can manually modify the items to be 83 expertise plus either 152AP or 177AP, respectively, for the regular and heroic version of the trinkets, when evaluating them). Thoughts?
