One thing i have noticed with Internal Coolddowns addon, is that it won't show the CD when you first equip your trinkets, does anyone know of a way to have it track that as a proc?

Assuming you didn't swap your trinkets, the cooldown would be 0. Assuming you did swap your trinkets, there would be a cooldown, but the mod doesn't have anything to track (it is looking for the trinket proc, then shows the cooldown).
So this addon cannot track the cooldown in that situation.

this addon sounds good . but i also use pally power and some of the other addons slow my computer down. how memory intensive is this one?

Memorywise it's very conservative, it's a small mod with very little stored data.

FPS wise: just the FCFS tracking shouldn't really make any impact, and if it does, you can adjust how often it should update. I've got it set at the fastest possible updating and it literally makes zero difference to my FPS.

Tracking SOV targets and tracking aura's does have a very minimal impact on FPS. If you have other mods doing this also, either don't use the feature in clcret, or disable them in the other mod (or remove the other mod).

Upgrade your PC: best thing you can do ;-)

I recently downloaded CLCRet and I'm noticing a bug. Even though I have it nowhere near the Ready Check box area, it still somehow prevents me from clicking "Ready". I have it set to display near the bottom of the screen, barely above my action bars, with at least 50 pixels between any visible part of CLCRet and where the Ready Check box appears. When attempting to acquire a target that is visibly in that space between the two by clicking it, I also have problems. I think an easy solution would be to add a "click-through" option in CLCRet. Is this possible?

clcret is already click-through, so unless a conflict with a different addon has altered its behavior it shouldn't be the cause of your problem.

Everything is click through, with the exception of the Preset button and the preset pull down.
The preset button is currently disabled by default and needs to be toggled on each logon. I've posted this as a bug, it could be intended, but then it should really be an option to have it on at logon.

The above is assuming a locked state. In the unlocked (setup/positioning) state, the above may not be true.

That's already fixed in the Alpha versions.

I understand the presets can load a rotation say if you swap a libram(which changes the FCFS priority) but is there a way to include aura button/layouts presets also? Mainly what I would like to do is have a preset for PvE/raiding which includes trinket internal cooldowns, SoV tracking, etc. and one for PvP with cooldowns for my trinket and other such abilities that I like to have right in front of me.

Hmm you probably misread (or I'm misreading you)... There is no autotriggering of presets depending on exterior events happening. Swapping a libram will not cause a preset to get loaded. If you want to tie a libram swap to changing a preset, you have to make a macro to change libram and load a new preset.

The Presets are currently a priority rotation only. Aura's are always the same, across presets, gear and even spec.

You can more or less get around the gear/spec thing if two particular aura's you want to track are mutually exclusive. In that case you can set up 2 aura's to be located at the same spot on screen. So if you pvp gear uses a trinket you wouldn't use in pve and vice versa, you can set the ICD and/or proc aura for both to be on the same spot.

one bug I'm noticing with clcret is that even after you close the options window, the box for disabling the add on and turning on the prot module are still there and appear when your mouse hovers over where the box would be if the options menu were still up.

What this does is that I have accidentally clicked off the module mid battle, and it also causes my mouse to get locked in on one of those boxes when i hold down both mouse buttons if my mouse happens to be there when i decide to move my character, so instead of my character moving, he just stands in one place, and I wind up disabling the add on by accident.

So for safety's sake I've turned off the add on for now even though I did enjoy how it worked. Has anyone else run into this issue of the "ghost" menu? If so, what can I do to fix it?

The options menu is a seperate load-on-demand Addon, so this is only a problem after you loaded the options.
If you need to change something in clcret, just do a /rl afterwards, so the options Addon is unloaded again.
