Use the filefront location. This PC doesn't have FTP capability other than built-in Microsoft, and that is producing the error whether I upload in binary or ascii. I'll try to get it up in the alternate location later today.

Until there is a 3.2 thread (the PTR thread is just that - PTR, it should be closed as soon as a moderator notices I requested such), this is the next best thing. I do not doubt Arikah will post a new 3.2 thread in the near future - I recall a post stating a prelim version was in text file somewhere.

Rock: "We're sub-standard DPS. Nerf Paper, Scissors are fine."
Paper: "OMG, WTF, Scissors!"
Scissors: "Rock is OP and Paper are QQers. We need PvP buffs."

I think the OP of this thread should make a new thread with updated 3.2 information. Until that time, the PTR 3.2 thread seems useful to keep.
