Premature 3.3 BiS Ret Gear
Since i haven't seen one yet i figured I would add my first set up to the list.
Since Rawr isn't modeling the tier set bonus the assumption was made that 4set bonus was part of the set, and i made the furthur assumption that legs are the weakest link. That being stated here is the Plate Only, 25man non heroic Set i came up with.
Head [Sanctified Lightsworn Helmet]
Neck [Ahn'kahar Onyx Neckguard]
Shoulders [Sanctified Lightsworn Shoulderplates]
Chest [Sanctified Lightsworn Battleplate]
Waist Coldwraith Links
Legs Scourge Reaver's Legplates
Feet [Blood-Soaked Saronite Stompers]
Wrist [Polar Bear Claw Bracers]
Hands [Sanctified Lightsworn Gauntlets]
Finger1 [Ring of Rotting Sinew]
Finger2 Frostbrood Sapphire Ring
Trinket1 [Darkmoon Card: Greatness]
Trinket2 [Death's Verdict]
Back Winding Sheet
MainHand [Ramaladni's Blade of Culling]
Ranged [Libram of Valiance]
Status: 9,295 dps
Health: 33,354
Strength: 3,127
Agility: 515
Attack Power: 8,779
Crit Chance: 46.81 %

So far we've only seen a fraction of the gear from ICC. Give it some time before you start working on BiS sets. I'm almost certain frmorrison will create a new 3.3 BiS thread when all gear has been found.

very true. as i have found a set that yields 10317dps as human so far. with the most recent update of rawr and some changes to the FCFS rotation. It also has approx 60% crit...but does not use 4 piece T10 as the 2 piece T9 is amazing.

It's very easy to model the new emblem trinket in rawr and it comes out well ahead of the greatness card. [Herkuml War Token] is the item i'm referring to. However it is still behind the normal version of death's choice and at this point in time i'd believe it's reasonable to begin counting both versions of DC as viable choices given the amount of time many high end guilds have been raiding toc 25/heroic and the inclusion of new trinkets in ice crown that can be considered reasonable alternative choices for various classes.
Due to the nature of our seal mechanic offering vastly increased proc rates of bryntroll it is offering a huge amount of extra dps. Modelled in rawr as a 15% proc rate on melee hit for an average of 2250 shadow damage it comes out ahead of ramaladni's in it's normal 25 man form so it's heroic form is likely to be very powerful, someone in the ret thread stated they modelled it's theoretical stats to bring it out the highest weapon pre-shadowmourne for us based on what we know thus far.

The 264 ArP trinket is better than Greatness. I will likely make one, but not until Rawr has the 2 piece modeled (next Rawr release).

It would be more tidy if frmorrison could get the chance to just update the 3.2 thread to 3.3. Then we wouldn't have an extra thread floating around and he did a really good job with the last one.

Yes, but it's a highly situational upgrade. Whether or not the new libram is an upgrade will depend on what seal you are using and how long you expect the encounter to last.
If you're using SoC, then the new libram is substantial (200+) DPS upgrade over the PVP libram.
If you're using SoV on an encounter that's 4.5 minutes or less, then the new libram is a downgrade. It is a minor upgrade for encounters that are longer than 4.5 minutes. For example on a 6 minute fight it's a 11 DPS upgrade over the ToC libram.
However I may be modeling it incorrectly in Rawr. It's currently set up as:
Stat: 44 STR
Trigger: CrusaderStrikeHit
Duration: 15
Cooldown: 0
Chance: 100%
Stacks: 5

Three truths should be a lower priority purchase. It is better on a single target, but by so little it barely makes it worth the badges. I plan to put the 245 libram in the BiS lists, because it will be months before people get that item, instead getting bigger upgrades like set pieces, cloak, and trinket.
For a little trivia, someone else tried to make a 3.2 BiS thread and it got locked. So this thread can discuss a little before the final thread gets made.

Where i can find the list of dps about new weapon in 3.3 for a retri paladin?
What do u think about this [Bryntroll, the Bone Arbiter] for paladin? There is a discussion in my guild about this weapon.
I think that is a good weapon for dk tank or pvp for all class.

Shadow's Edge is better than Ramaladni's Blade of Culling.
This thread is pointless until all loot is known.

since this is sort of a preparation BiS thread i was interested if there are any more details on Deathbringer's Will (heroic or normal version) yet?
did anyone get his hands on a normal version yet?
would be very interesting how the deaths choice/verdict, the badge trinket and Deathbringer's Will compare to eachother
edit: just seen a post with some details, but of course no promises if true, is there anyone who can confirm that?
DK: Str, Haste, Crit
Druid: Str, Agi, ArP
Hunter: Agi, Crit, AP
Paladin: Str, Haste, Crit
Rogue: Agi, ArP, AP
Warrior: Str, Crit, ArP
ps: sorry for my english as i'm not speaking it all day ;-)

Yesterday on the Armory I was able to look at all items and the heroic versions, sans Arthas's table. Assuming Rawr picks up those items and adds two piece modeling , that should be enough to go on.

Got a [Bryntroll, the Bone Arbiter] and could test it for the rest of the encounters in the night.
My WoL parse got messed up and I sadly can't provide it, but as a reference on Saurfang's fight, the proc alone accounted for 6.8% of my total damage, providing 512 DPS.
From the weapons currently know, I doubt any is better then Bryn and it's sick proc, besides Shadowmourne ofc.

Just FYI, the stats for the exalted ashen verdict rings (ilvl 277) are available on armory here.
There is a proc on the revered and exalted rings... I'd say this ring is pretty solid.

This thread is slightly premature, lets wait for frmorrison to create a new one.
I may or may not have been influenced by some of the garbage posts in this thread already.
