Great post again Nid. However I really feel like the best solution, in terms of a compromise between nerfing the spamming and not adding a cooldown, is to implement an arcane blast-like debuff that hampers subsequent CoH casts (either mana cost wise or healing effectiveness) where it caps at 3.
