I would disagree; a correctly geared block tank simplifies ToGC-10 a great deal, paladins especially because, in addition to the above advantages, they will spend the entirety of phase 3 in Ardent Defender range, thus taking 20% reduced damage (and reducing the amount of healing Anub does).
Without a block tank it is much, much more difficult to 2-heal phase 3 unless one of the healers is a Holy paladin with Beacon; and with three healers, depending on your synergy and skill level, it can be difficult to reach phase 3 with just a single burrow phase.
