Yes. As of the last beta build, the Flexweave Underlay still gives 23 Agi, but I'd presume that's a bug which will be fixed. If it doesn't, +45 Agi to cloaks for engineers ahoy!

As for reforging, you definitely want to do Crit -> Haste if you are near BiS. I was harshly crit capped when I copied my character to PTR, even after replacing all my shiny new crit gems (...) with agility.
I was able to replace 238 crit rating with haste, which helped a lot, and also offered other gem choices besides 20 hit on blue sockets (even to the point where a single 4 agility bonus wasn't worth a blueish gem anymore).
And wow, is Herkuml really that good now?

1) If there is crit on H:Scale and not haste as Aldriana assumed, would the trinket order be HWT > H:Verdict > all?
2) Do we have to switch back to the agility cloak enchant? What's about +20 agi on gloves instead of +44 ap?
3) Do we already know, which poisons will be the best option for combat?

1) Considering H: DBW, the passive bonus is only a little better (+17 crit), but H: DBW has 2 procs out of 3 that presumably might be better than H: STS (700 haste, 700 agi) and the third proc is not too far behind H: STS (1400 instead of 1472). In fact H: STS should be reasonably near H: DBW and it might even be a little worse due to how haste and agi procs overtake H: STS 's. The last point is quite subjective.
2) This one seems quite obvious, with the new BoK 20 agi is worth +42 ap and a certain amount of physical crit rating.
I feel like the crit gain will be worth losing 2 ap even for mutilate where crit (and especially physical-only crit) is a terrible stat.
Edit : Damn those smileys made my eyes hurt so hard.
Edit again : This I remembered only after having posted, sorry.

I checked it right now (PTR Version 4.0.1 (13156)) and it still procs off poisons:
Since I use the german client here is a little translation:
"Tödliches Gift" = "Deadly Poison"
"Schwarzmagie" = "Black Magic"
Maybe it's also worth noting, that I've been hitting the dummy for about 5 minutes just with DP, while reapplying it with shiv, and Black Magic procced only when I applied DP, but not off the DP ticks.

Does someone tested the haste and mastery for assassination(at least at the dummy?).At the beta mastery provides way more improvement then haste and i want to know it there a same thing at 4.x?

Key thing to note, though, is that STS has better uptime (33%) than DBW (28%), such that in practice it tends to be better despite proccing a weaker stat.
Regarding trinkets in general: that ordering was based loosely on some calculations one of my guildmates is doing with a heavily modified version of my Mutilate spreadsheet. He's continuing to refine his adjustments, so I'll probably be changing that trinket ordering in the next day or two to match what we find.
As an aside on HWT: note that that rating is based on fights like Festergut and Saurfang. On a fight like (for instance) LK, it'll be quite a bit weaker than that.

I can comment a bit on trinket valuations for combat. Rough numbers (will change based on your gear) for combat:
Trinket Valuations Unforged Reforged Haste
H: Sharpened Twilight Scale 274.08 290.31
H: Deathbringer's Will 259.17 273.90
Sharpened Twilight Scale 242.79 257.17
Deathbringer's Will 228.82 242.49
H: Whispering Fanged Skull 228.10 241.15
Herkuml War Token 238.00 238.00
Whispering Fanged Skull 201.15 212.71
As always, the numbers are only relative to each other, I wouldn't use them for anything else. I added a section to my spreadsheet since it's come up a lot.

Crippling on the thrown weapon is how I dealt with it in beta. Longer range and more control, also remember that weapon swapping won't do any good for FoK since FoK uses your thrown weapon only.

Keep in mind that Premed is usable during Shadowdance, and is off the GCD. Premed will see a lot of use as a sub spec.

I was crit capped as well, I guess I just dont know if its better to to reforge the majority of my crit to haste OR if I should reforge first and foremost for hit\expertise cap, then reforge the remainder as haste?
With Reforging, and the Values changing what is an acceptable Miss % range for 83+ mobs?
Reforging mostly haste will bring you far from white hit cap.

With the discussion of reforging trinkets, has there even been an announcement that they even putting reforging in for 4.0.1 or is that is waiting until Cataclysm?

Made some edits based on discussion and feedback, as well as more detailed information about stat/trinket weighting for assassination based on continued research on that topic. If you see problems, let me know.

Oh, I left DV and H:DV out earlier. 250 for HDV and 239 for regular DV.
Rough EP for combat:
Agi 2.88
Crit 1.62
Haste 2.25
Mastery 0.60
Expertise 2.20
Spell Hit 2.38
White Hit 1.69

Those EP values don't seem to be internally consistent. Consider:
H:DV has an EP of 250, while HWT is 238. So H:DV is 5% ahead of HWT.
HWT provides a static 153 haste and 340 AP; hence, the EP value should be roughly 153*2.25+340 = 684, while DV has 33% uptime of 510 Agi and 288 AP, which works out to an EP value of .33*510*2.88+288 = 773 EP, which implies that Verdict should be 13% ahead.
Any thoughts on this (apparent) contradiction?

I know that Aldriana does not have a definitive answer yet as to which one is better, but I would like to know what numbers we are looking at in the Berserking vs. Mongoose debate?
Berserking = 400 AP (not sure if it will stay AP or change to something else.)
Mongoose = 240 AP + 2% Haste + Small amount of Crit
Am I off here, or is this what we know so far?

Well, simple way of looking at it:
Berserking and Mongoose have equal uptime. Hence, the comparison is 400 AP vs 120 agi and 30 haste rating (which is what Mongoose now gives). Pulling (say) the Assassination EP values, we have 120 * 2.8 + 30 * 2.2 = 336 + 66 = 402 EP for the Mongoose proc. Plus one raises your defensive stats while the other lowers them. That is: they're very very close, but Mongoose is currently looking slightly better.
Note, however, that Black Magic does not have the same uptime, so the same comparison does not apply.

Looks like a typo when entering the H:DV into the spreadsheet. (I copied down a row from the regular DV and updated the AP but not the agi). Sorry about that. 270 is the right number, much closer to your 13%.

Will poisons be the same for MH/OH? or is that another instance where it is entirely dependent on spec? I would assume that Deadly Poison would still be the OH poison of choice regardless.

What gearset is that 2.8 EP for agility based off? Full 277 BiS?

Full BIS, yeah. Although it doesn't change very fast, as most of that is from the 2.1 AP you get from every point of agi.

Minor really. But it might be worth it to mention that gnomes using daggers or 1h swords can knock the expertise cap down to 177.
