No im not getting a DPS number, much like Sakuru, the only thing that shows up somewhere is the log of changes i do or the reforges/gemming buttons.

Any reason why im not getting a DPS number from the engine? could something block it?

a) What browser are you using? An unsupported browser may not be able to complete the backend request. I support Chrome, Safari 5, Firefox 4, Firefox 3.6 (mostly), and IE9. Support for other browsers is not guaranteed.

b) Any warnings above the log? For example, if you try to pick an assassination spec without two daggers equipped, the engine will fail to return numbers, and a warning will be generated for the log.

The development version of chrome is not working, but I'd understand why that isn't on the supported list.

I'm running Chrome 11.0.696.14-dev, which works fine for me. If you open the error console (ctrl-shift-j) do you have any errors there? What behaviors are you seeing?

I'm using the dev channel of chrome without issue. What exactly is the issue you're having?

I was getting the same issue at work earlier today (FF 3.6.something on WinXP). Came home and works fine (FF3.6.15 win7)

Loving the application. Makes life so simple now to figure out gear upgrades, without having to use so many different things.

It could be a firewall issue. The engine runs on port 8880, which corporate firewalls may block outbound traffic on. I'll proxy that through a port 80 endpoint and see if that helps.

I have a feeling that something happened to trinket EP values calculations. Currently it lists Fluid Death, DMC:H and Prestor's within 10 EP from each other. And Left Eye of Rajh (heroic) is even 30 EP above those three. But when I try to switch to the Eye, my dps drops down by significant amount as expected.

I am quite sure that shortly after the launch, trinkets were listed correctly/differently. Or am I missing something?

Antiarc , im still not getting it , " message from webpage"
an unrecoverable error has occured. reset data and relod . . . . ok /cancel , and i hit ok and it keeps doing the same thing.
also on your web page it states: A fatel error occured while loading this page. . . .

im using explorer 8.0

Thanks, Fae. Item reforges were being miscounted - the base stats were being calculated independent of caps, then the reforge was being counted on top of it, with caps considered. This meant that when near a hard cap, the hard capped stat was effectively getting its value counted twice. I've fixed that.

@thecodester - you aren't using a supported browser. If you open the tool in an unsupported browser, there is a big message informing you about it for a reason. This app makes heavy use of HTML5 and Javascript, and requires a modern browser to run. Internet Explorer versions prior to 9.0 are not and will not be supported.

The new shadowcraft UI does not take into account a JC's Delicate Chimera's Eye. Everytime I would hit the optimize gems button, it would replace the Eyes with standard gems.

This might be the issue, as I am trying to run the engine from work. I will try it at home later today and see what results I get then. As I've tried Chrome, FF3.6.15, FF4 and IE9. It seems likely that I have eliminated that it's a browser issue.

And yes, as you previously asked, and also answered by Nyel, I did not get any feedback from the engine in terms of a dps output in the top right corner.

I also have no dps shown. Tryed it first with opera 11, then installed internet explorer 9 (64bit), but it still wont show up.

Yeah there are no errors in the console (im running Chrome btw, like i pointed in my post).

Most likely a firewall issue. This is also happening at work for me. I havent tried to make it work at home so i cant compare, but in this office, internet security is a hot topic, which may explain why.
