Does the procs_off_auto_attacks behavior in the procs module have any way of telling if the item causing the proc is hand-sepecific? I'm assuming not since most items that proc off of auto-attacks don't distinguish between hands, but I know next to nothing about python so I got stuck when searching for the answer myself.

I ask because it looks like No'kaled is using this behavior to model its proc, but No'kaled can only proc off of main-hand auto-attacks. Off-hand auto-attacks make up 65% of all auto-attacks with 2.6/1.4 weapons, which would amount to a pretty big chunk of the proc's value if it's being allowed to proc from the off-hand in the model.

ShadowCraft is smart enough to distinguish between MH autoattacks and OH ones. Provided No'kaled is properly marked as MH only (and I believe it is) it should be only counting MH autoattacks.

Is there a collection of the known bugs rather than just the few stated in the thread by Aldriana? A list might get rid of all the double posting in this thread.

It does not appear the 2/4pc T13 bonuses are correctly applied in the current version?

So far as I know they are - the 2pc isn't correctly linked to tricks being used on cooldown, but so far as I know the damage contributions of the set bonuses are being applied properly. If you have reason to believe otherwise, I'd be curious to hear about it.

I intend to keep that list updated with all known bugs, at least until we manage to get the fixes to the major ones pushed to the website.

I'm just curious about how the 2pc balances with being 100% lined up with sdance. With that, and glyph, and 4pc, I can ambushx2 and evisc rotaiton 3x during the 10 second dance...without fail.

I'm having an issue with Shadowcraft that I do not believe is mentioned in the sticky post of known issues.
When i select any ilevel Blackfang Battleweave Tunic or any ilevel Blackfang Battleweave Legguards, Shadowcraft seems to believe that each has an extra 20 hit.

In the case of the chest, which has no hit, adding the chest gives me 20 hit. In the case of the pants which do have hit, i always get the indicated level of hit + 20.

I also note that each of these has 3 gem sockets.

[Edit] On a whim, I selected optimize gems. The log showed that it replaced 2 glinting gems with delicate gems, but I can say that the interface has always showed delicate gems in those sockets, both before and after this optimize step.

I am having a somewhat similar issue with the Blackfang Battleweave Tunic I currently have the the raid finder version equipped.

Shadowcraft recommends reforging it from -105 Haste +105 hit, however in game it reforges from -100/+100 so the sheet believes I have 5 more hit than I do.
If I refresh from the armory it picks up the correct amount, but then realizes I'm low on hit so auto-reforge recommends re-reforging the chest piece (amongst other items.)

Problem was a miss-click on my end, I had the tunic accidentally set to -Mastery + Hit rather than - haste

This was mentioned a few pages back, but there was no mention since then about [Desecrated Shoulderguards].

There seems to be a issue with the socket bonus getting mixed up with the reforging stats. When using the auto-reforging option, it wants to reforge 4 crit to 4 haste (the stat to reforge to depends on gear). Although, when clicking on the item to manually reforge it, ShadowCraft shows the recommended reforge choice to be 83 hit to 83 haste (again, depending on gear). Is it safe to assume this is just a glitch in the coding?

Supplementary example of a bug already mentioned in the shadowcraft known issue sticky - I mention it just in case this particular aspect of the issue is not fully known/understood.

I use shadowcraft.mmo-mumble.com to look up my rogue: EU-Aggramar-Roglund
I change my weaker trinket - looking at trinket list I see if I upgrade to the raid finder version of Wrath of Unchaining I can expect to lose 227 dps. Normal mode is listed in the preview as a gain of 813 dps and the heroic as an upgrade of 1148 dps.
If I select the heroic version I gain 1744 dps, if I select normal version I gain 1251 dps and if I select raid finder version I gain 3065.2 dps.

I don't really have a problem with the preview values being a bit off, especially as some mechanic and rotational factors may change as new equipment is used. Better values would be better obviously, but I understand the difficulty. I understand that the interaction between this particular trinket type and the Fear/Vengeance weapon combination I'm using is a known problem.

However, in the known issues it mentions the normal mode trinket as being the most significant problem, where I would argue that it's the raid finder version that needs most attention.

Incidentally, my dps readout has changed since last week but I'm assuming this means the model has been updated or some items (like maybe Kiroptyric Sigil) being fixed. The raid finder version of Wrath of Unchaining was equally buggy before that update (showing in preview as a downgrade - coming out as an unrealistically huge upgrade)

It should be noted, for the record, that the current ShadowCraft model is just crediting the legendaries with a stacking agi proc like the lower tier daggers - i.e., you're getting an extra 600 agility from the stack, but not the extra finishers. In practice this probably slightly underestimates the quality of the daggers, but we'll need to write a better legendary proc model at some point to be sure.

This has not been done yet because at a fairly fundamental level, ShadowCraft is set up under the assumption that energy is your limiting resource, so when time/GCDs become the limiter instead (i.e., legendary proc, Adrenaline Rush, and some specs during T13 2pc) its just not set up well to handle the situation. I would like to fix this at some point. I don't yet have any good ideas for how to do so.

This is slightly mitigated by the fact that the legendary version of the proc begins having a chance to go off at 30 stacks (510 agi) and will have to reset and ramp back up again though, isn't it? How effective the proc is will probably vary wildly with encounter mechanics and how the proc timing lines up with phases where you want higher dps or burst. The obvious example is if the proc goes off and resets your stacks prior to the tendon dps "window" on Spine. Knowing the dps contribution as shadowcraft models it will be interesting, but on DS fights themselves we may see pretty wide swings due to RNG.

Right - the increase in average Agi granted by the legendary will be less than the 600 it is currently being credited with. However, the overall DPS gain will probably be somewhat higher, as my best guess is that extra finishers give more damage than the Agility would. So yes, there are complexities to the differences between the model and reality. But I think in the net the current model is probably an underestimate.

I should also add that the ShadowCraft module loaded in the website is kind of a phenomenally bad estimator for things like the tendon burn on Spine anyway - even with the duration turned down significantly. Its just not built with that sort of fight in mind.
