This confuses me, what is cloak "protecting" us from for Gravity Well. Does cloak prevent you from being sucked in, from the well spawning, drops the grounded debuff correctly as it currently does not?
For the most part, this seems rather bad. Changing our survival spell to make it more likely to kill us seems rather ridiculous. Either we can't be sucked in and therefore can't get the debuff, prevent the well from spawning and anger your raid, or drop the debuff when we cloak lightning rod. None of these seem to be a pleasant area, especially since cloak's standard effect does not stop Thundershock.
If the idea is to dissuade us from cloaking the lightning rod, why not make it so lightning rod can't be cloaked off?
Edit: Separate topic: Would anyone second the idea of stating that mutilate should be recommended for the Twilight Council? The elemental Monstrosity is definitely the push phase, and it occurs starting at about 30-35%, for Assassination's execute range. Combat has a bit going for it with potential for cleaving above 35%, but I don't see a lot of strategies bringing the bosses together. And by not a lot, I mean I haven't seen a single one yet.
