I am not quite sure if this is exploit or not, but it does certainly decrease the difficulty of the Alysrazor-encounter in terms of interrupting:

We don't even need
Glyph of Kick anymore, since we don't have CD on Deadly throw. I, for one, like to start the interrupt with kick, meanwhile it is possible to do an 5 cp eviscerate. The next interrupt is done with Deadly Throw, and the add basically dies without the need of a third interrupt.
The only problem with this method is that we have to spend at least one CP on the interrupt.
