This probably isn't one of the spreadsheet's concerns but, the stamina and strength buff from blessing of sanctuary doesn't take priority over the 8% kings buff, we get the proper 8% increase to our agility but your stamina and strength will go down 2%, no matter the order it is buffed in. So people that are in 10 mans and are getting those buffs just beware
I don't know if this has been answered somewhere in this thread, but i couldn't find anything about it in a search.
In the mut sheet when i try to change one of my daggers to Stormfury, Black Blade of the Betrayer, my expertise is not changing, even though stormfury has 44 expertise rating on it and my current weapon in that slot does not have any. I tried figuring out how to make it show what stats the sheet was assigning to stormfury but couldnt figure it out.
You will want to add it "properly" in the gear sheet.
- unhide the gearsheet (if you dont know how to do that, there is no reason to continue)
- scroll down to the slot you wish to add an item to
- copy the WHOLE LINE of a NON-SET NON-PROC item from the middle of the block, you can do that by clicking on the row number and selecting copy (you can't add proc or set items on your own, suck it up)
- right-click on the row number and select to insert the copied cells.
- modify name, stats, sockets and socket bonus to your likings, DONT TOUCH Type, Rank, Equipped or Basescore, only modify colums for stats that are present on the item tooltip.
I did all of this and it does show up on the gear sheet but not in the drop down list of items on the equipment tab. It is also showing errors in the type and rank columns on the gear sheet. I am not sure if I did something or I entered the stats in wrong. I am not well versed in Excel so any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated. I realize this is EJ, but not all of us are elitist or jerks, but EJ is THE BEST place to find answers i have found. I am not asking for hand holding just a straight answer to the question I ask. So how can I resolve this issue with the error I am getting from the spreadsheet?

Reason: I didn't actually ask a question.
Did you add the item to the top or bottom of the section?
If so, don't do that. Add it somewhere in the middle.
Or even better, just use an existing row. I just take an item that
1. I know is worse than my current item, or
2. I know I won't get for a LONG time (IE Heoric Lich King items)(by the time I get the item a new sheet will be out XD)
and then I just go cell by cell and change them
I think it is generally accepted on these forums that the Rawr module for rogue modeling is *very* inaccurate, and I recommend that you trust the spreadsheets over it.
Is this an acceptance predating my work on Rawr.Rogue? From Rawr 2.3.9 (released 13/02/10) onward I've been working on it and rewrote the complete module. It is now based on the Cat module and should fully support the Assassination and Combat builds.
If anyone has problems with the new Rawr.Rogue please let me know in a Discussion or Issue on Rawr and I'll make sure it gets fixed.
I think the fairer assessment is that the rogue community on EJ, by and large, simply doesn't use Rawr. To be honest, I couldn't have told you off the top of my head what the current status of Rawr.Rogue was - whether it was being actively updated, if so by who, and so forth. The implication of this - whether it's being updated or not, and whether it's accurate or not, is that it's less trusted as a resource. I mean, my spreadsheets have been getting used by significant numbers of people for quite some time now, and as a result I feel reasonably confident that most major bugs should have been flushed by now. But as Rawr.Rogue doesn't have the same long history of usage and refinement... I personally am somewhat less confident that there aren't bugs in the implementation. Similarly, I don't know how much attention you paid to the modeling, how it stacks up to what is present in the other available tools, and so forth.
So, briefly stated: I'm not saying that you have or haven't done good work. I'm sure you've spent a lot of time working on it and I in no way mean to demean or diminish that. But as it is newer, with less history and refinement, made by (if I may say so) a somewhat less established member of the community, it hasn't built up the same level of trust that some of the more established tools have. If you've done good work, I rather imagine that in time it will get there. But I don't think it's there yet.
I'd love to make a new thread but then I'd first have to make some random posts to get the required 10 posts and as I don't fancy getting banned that is not an option.
But if someone with thread creating privileges can make one I'm happy to reply to any questions, the only thing that can come from it is a better Rawr.Rogue
With regards to adding new items to the sheet, on the previous page was posted a how to do this, and I was thinking maybe it's an idea to add the "how-to add gear" to the Q&A. I would suspect that I'm not the only one with gear not on the list and being a beginner at Excel.
That said, the item I'm wanting to add is the Ring of Callous Aggression normal, which I'm surprised isn't in the list, actually, because the Dexterious Brimstone Ring is of the same itemlevel, for one, and it is in the spreadsheet. It's possible you missed it in your list so I'm just pointing it out.
