I am trying to get this program to run, but I am unable to do so. I have windows 7 (64bit), and the most recent version of Java 6 update 18. When I DL this file it just appears on my desktop as a blank, generic file. When i double click it, it tells me to choose a program to open it. Regardless of the program I select, it wont work. When I choose the option to have the internet find a program, it directs me to such applications like WinZip. Even though Win7 has its own unzipping ability, I have also downloaded the WinZip program, but no luck. Any thoughts?

An alternative is to simply create a new file named idps.bat (or anything else, as long as it is .bat) in the same directory as your idps .jar file with the content

java -jar (name of idps .jar file)

(the name of the file changes with every version, but you can simply copy that from the file). Running this file will then run the program. Alternatively you can just type in that command (with the full path to the file instead of just the file name) in "run...".

There seems to be a Display Bug with the Spell Miss %.
I put in a guild mate's charakter (Dârdevil EU-Shattrath) who is really low on hit (217, below SpellHitCap as we play Horde ). The EP value for Hit is really high, around 2.62, but the SPell Miss field reads 0.00.
If I change 2 Gems so he is above the Cap, the EP value drops as expected, so it seems the calculation itself is correct and only the displayed value is incorrect. If I go very low on Hit (in my test case 93), the displayed miss value goes above 0, so there is something that gets calculated and shown, but I have no idea what it is.

First, thanks for all of the work that you up into this. I was wondering, I see that you have a way to upload your character from the armory but if gear you are wearing isn't in the app itself, it doesn't load. Would there be anyway to allow any gear gotten from the armory check be added into app? If so, is such a feature one of the things in the works?

[Splintershard] is a 1.5 fist that drops in ICC10 that's not on the list.

50AP to weapon doesn't seem to pull from the armory right for me. I can add it on, but didn't know if that bug has been reported. Khazida of Hellscream if you need a test import (unless I get an upgrade tonight).

Chack do you plan on adding a select proxy option to the armory import?

In some environments computers connect to the internet through a gateway known as a proxy server. Web traffic needs to be directed to this server to get to the internet.

I am guessing since you dont know what it is then its likely not in your list of things to do.

I know what a proxy is, i was not sure however that you are talking about the same kind of thing. Adding proxy server support is currently too much work for the 0.1% of people who are forced to use one, sorry.

I'm not quite sure if it is a bug or if I am missing something. When I import my char from the armory, the WoW Armory states 5019AP, while the tool does 5102, all buffs and debuffs disabled.

Nice work on that tool, I really appreciate it.
