I think Blizzard decided to code LS to be unable to proc off certain mechanics for the sake of not inflating our DPS. Just a small thing I noticed that might indicate this, the AoE from Stinky seems to originate from him but doesn't seem to proc LS.

This may be something that we just need to take on a case-by-case basis.

Searched this forum for this, but only thing I've found is an old post that the tooltip is buggy stating the GCD is reduced to 0s.

Now it is fixed on live, but is 0s on the PTR again - recurring bug, an intended change, or just Wowhead has bad data?

Why not test it on the PTR before copy/pasting useless information in two thread? I was just on the PTR and Glyph of Shocking's tooltip has not changed and I used a script to show my GCD after shocking and with the Glyph in place it was 1 second just like the tooltip states.
