I've actually really enjoyed healing as enhancement. I just put mouseover macros on all my heals. If a healer dies or needs to regen, just throw up water shield and use my MW procs to CH the melee or something. It isn't efficient, or optimal or anything like that. But its nice versatility to have in a pinch. It also forces you to keep dpsing, which is a mechanic that is fun to play around with.

Sure it's never anything you're going to plan on using, but hey it's nice that it's there.
