Spell power, hit, crit from the caster is what most say but earlier posts indicated you wanted your doomguard out prior to heroism/bloodlust. A more recent post has no benifit at all from heroism for your pet (either before or after heroism cast). Does anyone have some good testing on this.
Gakpad had some good info in the destro forums showing haste breakpoints (and the info he/she had said heroism did not help) anyone have any other supporting or denying data?

Just to clarify those breakpoints really ended up not being applicable to actual gameplay but only in determining when simcraft would value haste higher when in reality it most likely would not be. If there was some way to guarantee you would have X latency exactly for the duration of your doomguard you could theoretically calculate individual breakpoints for your individual scenario but that would end up being more trouble than its worth, not to mention almost completely unreliable.
Doomguard does benefit from:
Your character's haste, crit, and hit RATING
External haste buffs applied to it after it is summoned (DI, power infusion - not that he should ever get them :P)
He does not benefit from:
5% haste aura
Heroism/BL/Time Warp
