I just confirmed on the practice dummies that Touch of The Grave now procs from dot ticks, MG and DS ticks.
I am getting procs every 16 seconds (13 procs in a 204 second session) and only 1 every 58 seconds in simulation.

Is there a problem with the 8 targets simulation for demono ?
I see numbers like 120k ticks for shadowflame.

Not the most important of things, but affli's t13h profile gains around 1.8k dps when using "insignia_of_the_corrupted_mind,id=77991" instead of cunning of the cruel, and destro's t13h profile with sacrifice, mastery reforges/gems and a "cataclysmic_gladiators_insignia_of_dominance,id=73497"(40dps more than insignia!) gains around 1.2k.

It splits up long lines to avoid word-wrapping problems - better to use CODE tags when posting simc profiles, or just attach the .simc file to your post.

Probably not going to bother doing anything to the T13H profiles at this point, they're mostly irrelevant already and will be entirely irrelevant in less than two weeks.

In the sample sequence of Demo for T14H and PreRaid, why exactly do they cast at the beginning of the fight Doom 2-3 times in a row?

Probably updating Doom with procs and cd's while abusing pandemic.
doom,cycle_targets=1,if=(!ticking|remains<tick_time|(ticks_remain+1<n_ticks&buff.dark _soul.up))&target.time_to_die>=30&miss_react

The 3rd time it is cast may be it accounting for a miss as the H13 is not hit capped/

The third time is because bloodlust has gone up at that point, increasing the number of total ticks.

If bloodlust goes up while the other start buffs are still active would it not be better to only cast dooms 2 times? 1st time when you go in meta and second time when bloodlust goes up? Should still push doom to the maximal possible duration with max buffs and we have 1 GCD that we can use for ToC

Oh, sure - I'm just explaining why the sample sequence ends up being the way it is. Not sure if it's worth bothering to fix it; I generally try to avoid making the action list more complex for something extremely minor like a sub-100-DPS gain.

This sort of thing happens all the time - it's why I find it funny how many people assume a human can't play as well as the simulator can. In many cases it should be the other way around.

I worked on the BiS T14H List for Affliction and came up with the following which is a ~3300 DPS increase in comparison to the current list. Simulations were done using the latest executable version (505-1 build level 16048).

Is the +20% max HP with SL + GoSac implemented? The max HP and mana gained through Lifetap doesn't seem to change if you choose that talent.

It should be a minimal DPS increase, since you gain more Mana per Lifetap
