Just wanna notice out tellmewhen has some problems, even with fan update linked in the first post of this thread. Unstable affliction and lifetap (the glyph buff) for istance are not correctly shown.I'm looking forward to see the update.

Being a fan of TellMeWhen, I must say it has it's limitations.
Just use it as a reminder for buffs and the like, such as Fel Armor, Soulstone, Well Fed, etc.
A timer for spell debuffs it is not.

Toolset|Forte Xorcist (Version 1.08)| Spell- & Cooldowntimer as well as much more
|
ForteXorcist is mentioned twice in the OP
Many people use ForteXorcist's spelltimers and cooldown timer -- which are GREAT and the prettiest ones I've ever seen -- but I highly recommend checking out the summoning assistant, soulstone tracker, and shard count, especially if you are an officer or raid leader or just an organized control freak ( ie. perfectionists ). Since the OP did not specifically mention these utilities, I would like to specifically make a post for them.
I personally like to know whose soulstones are ready, who has been soulstoned, how long each warlock's soulstone is on cooldown for, how many shards each warlock has, and who is not in your instance so you can quickly summon them back without even being told by the raid leader!
You can check my screenshots in the post I made on the first page to see how it looks like.. although I am not grouped in those screenshots and so you cannot see the full features.

Reason: Typo for "utilities" ugh! ... and aparrently people do not like my backward smileys :(

1. MSBT
2. Its a combat text addon, but the primary function that I use for raiding is the ability to add custom Triggers. It'll give you a text warning and/or sound upon a very customizable variety of events. (Essentially, anything you can think of that would show up on the combat log). In one addon, it can completely replace the what DS Warning does, as well as what Power Auras does (although, it doesn't execute it as graphically) or Buff Watcher, etcetc. A very customizable and flexible tool.
3. MikScrollingBattleText - Addons - Curse

You are doing something wrong. I have it set to show lifetap buff and things like decimation (and conflag/chaos bolt cooldowns when I spec that way). They show up without any problems.

I thought this Addon worthy of being noted:
EventHorizon
This AddOn was initially developed to assist, SPriests, I believe but has expanded to help 'Locks. It shows our DoT's and casts with tics over each bar to show the end of each tick.
There is also a short YouTube clip showing it in action here.

When I posted my UI on another thread as a tip on how helpful ButtonTimers is, it sparked a flurry of PM's of people asking me to show you all what addons I use, and for me to send you all my ui... so here's a more informative screenshot, and a screenshot w/o the text overlays above.
SS:
Overlays:
Here's another slightly older screenshot:
http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/388...1809183727.jpg
The main feature of the UI is probably buttontimers, which not a lot of my warlock friends use, but love it when they see it. The custom Satrina frame for proc's is pretty neat too. I use procodile to make sounds for the more important proc's.
Life Tap in ButtonTimers
If anyone is wondering how to monitor the life tap spell, I think you have to add it to the custom spells list (not 100% sure about that part), but also make sure it's set to monitor the buff on yourself and not the target.

I am still a fan of DoTimer, simply cause it's superior for multi dotting stuff and that happens frequently enough. It also allows even more customization then ForteX, which is both an advantage and a disadvantage.
Basically what DoTimer offers is a Dot timer, a Cooldown timer and a Buff timer in one package. The Buff timer can be toggled to 'white list', which means that it only shows buffs that you specify, namely 4set proc, Life Tap glyph, Decimation, Molten Core and whatever trinket procs you want to monitor.
One possible result is the following image, but it can be swapped to various looking bars, buttons and most other stuff that any other CD timer offers:

My UI - SpartanUI
So I've been getting tons of PMs as well as numerous tells in game, so I figured I would post my UI again and give a quick list of what I use s. So I'm here to break it down Barney style.
Quick UI screenie.
So this is what I use:
SpartanUI - is the player frames and the art associated with.
Spartan User Interface
ElkanosBuffbars (setup to show my buffs, and boss de-buffs)
Elkano's BuffBars - Addons - Curse
Sexymap - Minimap add on that has swirly blue tribal art that rotates around the map, it also hides buttons it is a pretty typical minimap add on that looks nice with the SpartanUI interface.
SexyMap - Addons - Curse
ForteXorcist (ForteWarlock) - is a multiple class add on that has built in Dot timers, Cooldown timers.
Search Results For "ForteXorcist (ForteWarlock" - Addons - Curse)
Recount - damage/healing meters skinned black to match UI
Recount - Addons - Curse
Fubar - a small bar you can add with various plug ins to show things like how much gold you have, how many soulshards, item durability etc.
FuBar 3.6 - Addons - Curse
Prat 3.0 - is a chatlog enhancement
Prat 3.0 - Addons - Curse
Dotimer - Dot add on, I use this over the built in Forte Dot timer, just personnel preference to me.
DoTimer - Addons - Curse
Tellmewhen - CD proc notifier.
TellMeWhen - Addons - Curse
Quartz - Casting mod with latency timer, very crucial imo.
Quartz - Addons - Curse
That's pretty much it besides your raid frames of choice, mine are Xperl but I toy with grid. I have tons of other raid lead tools for DKP / buffs / etc that are not visible.
The greatest thing about SpartanUI is that is pretty basic but looks great so you can tailor your UI to how you like it.
Pro Tip: This UI handles up to 30'' screens. If you want things to fit how you want them remember to scale your UI to fit.
SpartanUI forums are always helpful and most if not all of your answers can be found there.

I use ClassTimer for self buffs, not sure how Forte works with player buffs but i prefer to have them seperated from enemy debuffs. ClassTimer you can add any buff you like to it just by imputting the name and is very customisable.
ClassTimer - Addons - Curse
My UI thrown into the mix :P any questions PM, this thread doesnt need to be another "What mod is this?"
One thing i do like about Forté mod is the announcements for CC breaks, i think everyone should use something similar to this, there are alot of mods which do this, CCTracker, Afflicted3 for example. Naxx spoiled us with all the AoE trash packs, nice to have the need for some CC now in Ulduar.

I've found if you download Auracle, and create a new window and call it Player, add a tracker called Life Tap and make it a buff, it will show the Life Tap glyph timer so far Auracle is the best dot timer I've played with

Well it took alot of work to get a functional UI that's also smexy, but I really like what I've done with mine
Most of my addons are quite common and if anyone has questions about non warlock-specific addons they can send me a private message
My biggies are:
- ButtonTimers - Addons - Curse - by far my favorite tracking of CDs and debuffs, it's very visual and highly customizable
- Power Auras Classic - Addons - Curse - I don't use this addon as much anymore, but it's a very handy way of tracking events like decimation procs or when you need to life tap. Like Buttontimers, it's very visual and gives you a lot of control over what your auras look like.
- Bartender4 - Addons - Curse - pretty much everyone has this addon, but I find the auto-hide feature particularly useful for my lock. All my rituals, pets, stones, and pretty much any other non-combat spell is hidden on bars that only appear when scrolled over

Here is the timer addon I use. And here is a youtube video of it.
It's very similar to EventHorizon, but much simpler, and configurable through the gui.
I find it much easier to have a mod like this where timers are in static positions, all counting down at the same speed, rather than something like DoTimer which is all over the place.

Paste this:

FW:RegisterSpell(63321,0,020,0,1,00);
into: World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons/Forte_Warlock/Forte_Warlock.lua

I shouldve mentioned this before, im trying to make it show on the cooldown timer, like the haste proc from Embrace of the Spider, and that line you posted is for the spell register, not the buff register.

I also updated mine to version 1.10 as Faldrath said and it is showing for me. I didn't have to edit any files. Make sure you have "Powerup buffs" checked in your Spell Timer options.
Edit: Was in the middle of posting this when you posted already. I haven't been able to make it show on the Cooldown Timer either.

For you and anyone else who might bump into this discussion, I decided to contact forum member Lonthar via private message to continue the conversation, for the thread could be swamped with posts about this specific issue. I will post here, however, if a solution is found, for reference purposes.
If this kind of discussion is appropriate in this thread, I'd like to see a short notice of a moderator.
Thanks.

It seems like there was a misunderstanding. People answering Lonthar were seeing the Glyph of Life Tap Buff on the spell timer not on the cooldown bar of Forte Warlock.
To enable the Glyph of Life Tap buff proc on the cooldown timer module, insert this:
FW:RegisterCooldownBuff(63321); -- "Glyph of Life Tap Buff"
after line 1077 in the following file:
World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons/Forte_Cooldown/Forte_Cooldown.lua
Enjoy.
