When using rawr as a tank, you have to make sure to set the boss handler to something appropriate for the encounters you are working on. Try average T12 boss and see if anything changes.

FoA vs AoK

When i spreadsheet these 2 trinkets FoA comes out 50-100 dps ahead, can that be true?
i could easily see how heroic version of AoK would be ahead of FoA but maybe normal version isn't as good as it should be?
The use effect on FoA is higher SEP so maybe that's why it's better when stackin cd's, well it just got me all confused now.
Hope someone got some thoughts on this
Thanks in advance

Are you using the stats on the tooltip or the actual in game stats of the Apparatus? The tooltip is incorrect and was under budgeted. the trinket actually gives 2540 crit on normal mode.

NOOB question;

I know that 26 expertise is the cap for fury. However; many people here don't even have 26 (2-3 points away). I always reforge my gear to have exactly 26. Should reforge some stats to crit when I can? (no more reforge crit --> expertise for cap)

They most likely have a racial which gives them some additional expertise that you don't see in the character tab.

If you are reforging into expertise, you should pick a worse stat than crit to reforge out of. Haste or mastery, depending on if you use TG or SMF. So yes, stop reforging crit to expertise and instead reforge haste or mastery to expertise, until you're at the cap.

From a mitigation point of view the two Blue Trinkets (Porcelain Crab, Throngus's Finger) are ahead of all the others (for my current gear) so this should be right, as the epic trinkets have ton of stamina on them and therefore less mitigation. Which trinkets you choose depend on gear/raid/encounter, I usually roll with one Stam/Mastery trinket and the Porcelain Crab and the mastery trinket from Tol Barad if magic damage is an issue.

The heal on the scales of life is buffed by Field Dressing right?

EDIT: New dumb tanking question, does anyone have recommendations for tanking spreadsheets? I've been using stuff I find in people signatures and they all seem reasonably nice, however I was wondering if there was something people usually prefer.

I have a question about my macro use in my DPS rotation.

I use a range of Macros to get my dps going. I have macro'd Berserker Rage w/ Bloodthirst to get an immediate Raging Blow Proc and Macor'd Battle Shout, Inner Rage and Heroic Strike/Cleave used on my second Collosus Smash for a minor burst every 30 sec thx to Incite and Flurry.

I find myself using Berserker Rage far more often then not and missing oppurtunities to clear out a fear or pull threat off a dog in Firelands when the group is running scared. Also due to my Herioc Strike burst I pool too much Rage and it may not be an efficent DPS tool.
Will the simcraft program take into account these macro'd rotations?

I think you identified the shortcoming with these two particular macros - missed opportunities. I would suggest you try breaking up your abilities from these two macros and put less emphasis on finding a simulator for your setup.

Removing Berserker Rage from your macro will certainly see a DPS increase when you get used to the playstyle. As you have it, you are simplifying your BR decisions by using it whenever it's off of cooldown, but this doesn't let you use it on-demand to activate Raging Blow when needed (and also removes your fear break, as you mentioned). The rage from your Shout is also often being wasted, as you don't get much out of Shouting when at near-max rage, but by tying it to CS you have no choice when it is used. With the 2p T12 bonus, BS/CS interaction (discussed here) becomes more interesting based on points in BV, but a macro will still be an overall DPS loss because of the wasted rage issue.

I noticed that at higher level gear items TG begins to favor Mastery over hit. Is the same true for SMF wanting haste over hit? At what gear level or raid progression should I be concerned about converting hit into mastery/haste.

Has any estimation been done yet on:

Dwyer's Caber - Item - World of Warcraft

I'm interested in arms point of view comparing it to HoR HC, FoA, AoK and Vessel of course.

When I use intervene on a target can that hit be dodged or will it always roll against my hit table instead of his?

It looks like DW will now be effected by damage reduction and presumably amplification effects.

Patch 4.2 Hotfixes - World of Warcraft
Deep Wounds should no longer ignore damage modifiers on a target. As an example, Smoldering Elementals in the Firelands should no longer take full damage from Deep Wounds, despite these creatures having damage reduction modifiers.
I'm curious as to if anyone is seeing buffed deep wounds on alyzrazor and the like?
