Another player proved this is by checking the logs.

Can it be a bug for druid interrupt or is it really true that the spell is always interrupted even if you are under hit cap?
I HIGHLY doubt that it is the case for a shield bash. I did witness a few cases of where my shield bash missed and the interrupt was not applied. Granted, a few times I was not in range or had not enough rage when I hit shield bash, so therefore it was not kicked correctly, but I saw a few cases where the CD was definitely up, but the spell was not interrupted and after checking the combat log I saw a miss.

Perhaps it was the silence part that missed? That might need spell hit cap.

Possible, as I specced in and out of the silence during my tanking time in 10man, where these misses occured.

Shield bash can definitely miss, we had two Nef wipes because of that and since I don't have silence specced there's no other part that could be the miss.

When should we consider equipping items with haste? reaching Hit hard cap is not feasible give current gear level, at which point should we consider gemming or enchanting for haste increase rage generation?

Hit cap (27%) is possible at the current gear level. As a rule you shouldn't gem for haste since other stats triumph over it. Haste is a yellow socket, so you would most likely gem for +20 str + 20 crit

Get 8% Hit (including Precision), 26 Expertise. After that, Strength > Hit (up to 27%) > Crit > Haste == Mastery.

The hard hit cap will not be reachable until the next tier of gear at least, alot of sims have shown this and it's why there is no point in trying to reach the cap once you feel comfortable with your rage generation.

Quick Question (don't know if this has been asked before, didn't find anything about that here): How good/bad is Fury of Angerforge - Item - World of Warcraft (Fury of Angerforge)?

Is it worth to be used and preferred over Right Eye of Rajh (in addition to License to slay)?

Looks like FoA has a 50% procchance per hit and a 10 sec ICD for that stacking buff. The On-Use-Effect has a 2min CD.

No it's bad. Right Eye of Rajh and License are better.

Not only does the buff have an ICD but it has a limited duration. I've had it fall off at 4 stacks even while sitting on a boss full time. And it will always fall off on a fight like Atramedes.

and I quote :

"The Fury of Angerforge internal cooldown has been drastically reduced so this trinket will build up charges much faster."

from patch notes of Patch 4.0.6 .

Testing a bit I find that it doesnt miss stacks as badly as you describe.
I do find problematic the proc rate as well as the time needed to build up sometimes in order to time it with other CDs on demand nonetheless.

With such a fix, macro-ing it on a skill, say Death Wish for the stack example, would pretty much auto grand the buff as soon as stacks would be up.
(and they will be up faster now)

So, anyone who has access to the ptr, can you post test results on how often it goes off?
It is a unique and rather intriguing trinket, so I wouldn't mind giving it a second chance.

With defense removed with Cataclysm, is being unhittable achieved at the more intuitive 100% total avoidance (5% base miss and our combined dodge/parry/block) or is it still at 102.4%?
Edit: And is the cap the same for different level bosses, or does it change?

I did a short test and got 107 procs in 775 melee hits (13.8% proc rate with a 2.6 speed weapon) that healed for 846.1 average (apparently 800 baseline + 6% from Field Dressing) and can crit. I didn't test if the proc rate is a normalized ppm rate based on weapon speed or a fixed chance on melee hit. After all the enchant doesn't seem very viable for tanking due to the very small heal.

The removal of Defense RATING doesn't change how the combat table functions. When your character sheet reads 102.4%, that's when Hits have been removed from the combat table against a level 88 mob (boss), leaving only Miss/Dodge/Parry/Block. This is because mobs gain 0.8% chance to land a blow on you per level. So, for level 86, they have a 100.8% chance to land a blow, level 86, 101.6%, etc.
