As far as I understand, Executioner is still a fixed value of armor pen, not rating. So at this stage, I think you would still want Executioner mainhand and Mongoose offhand.

Executioner would be a fixed value, but i believe that would get translated into a percentage before being applied. Ill test it on beta in a bit.

As a dual-glaive warrior looking to spec fury for today, i am trying to find a spec which pumps out the most dps but preferably without picking up TG and losing my hard-won glaives.
So far i am looking at http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?warr...12050120300000
This build picks up Incite and Deep Wounds but i do lose Rampage and 2 points of Improved Zerker. Does incite make up for the 4% AP lost from only 3 points in IBS?. For the record assume i have a Ret Paladin for BoM and a feral druid for LotP.

The question is, IMO, is incite worth 8 talent points? You could max out imp zerk stance, get bloodsurge, rampage AND 2 in intensify rage. Bloodsurge isn't going to be anything special for you. Imp zerk stance, while nice, it's going to make or break anything.
It's a choice between 2 marginal increases. You'd have to run the numbers of how much 15% more crit on heroic strike would affect your DPS. So break out a recent WWS parse and go for it.

Well put, the math works out at about 75-100 dps with Incite, i think its a toss-up between it and Bloodsurge/Rampage/IBS. I am intrigued at to the DPS gain with Bloodsurge using glaives but you'd have to figure with average procs it would be worth it plus the additional 4% AP from 5/5 IBS as opposed to 3/5.
Oh well, i was hoping for a tri-spec which i hadn't really done before.

Like everyone else, I'm trying to put together a build for the new patch. Figure I'll try dumping most of my points in Fury to start until the xpac comes out and I have the points to dip down to Deep Wounds, or the theorycrafting solidifies regarding an ideal TG spec at 70.
Have a quick question. Which talent is going to get me more rage? Improved Berserker Rage, or Improved Bloodrage?
Thanks for the help.

Imp zerker rage is massively more rage with half the cooldown and more than 3 times the rage. Zerker rage is on GCD while bloodrage is not.
I don't think deep woulds is a good leveling talent as opposed to raiding - most stuff dies within seconds of getting the DoT. I'm level 61 at the moment, I'm thinking to skip all non-fury talents until 68 at which point respec to incite.

What does the Arms PvE build look like now? Sudden Death build? could someone link me the spec. Also for people going TG if they do, what spec are you going? Im talking about before Wrath, level 70(cause of the patch today). and then link me the level 80 ones.
Also PvP builds would be nice.

I think a post needs to be made really to answer a lot of the same questions people have been asking with a mini FAQ as to what specs, maybe even a new thread for Warrior 3.0 DPS and we can retire the 2.4 thread too.

During archimonde this evening i was somewhat surprised at my DPS. Deep wounds was doing significantly more dps that i'd expected (28% of my total damage), at it's peak it was ticking for 4070; it also appeared to be stacking. Is deep wounds stacking an intended change or is it a bug?
Below are screenshots of recount, etc for the fight.

Yes, it stacks. No Deep Wounds proc is lost now. How about reading a few pages in this thread first?

That is fucking insane. Did you use strange stuff like a slow weapon in the main hand and a fast in the offhand?

I saw a couple 3.0 arms specs and they have axe/polearm as weapon spec. with the changes to sword spec, is axe/polearm dealing a lot more dps?

I have a question similar to this. Except, I'd like to know if swords will outclass axes for humans, due to the expertise. I've read quite a few posts saying Axe spec will be better, but I haven't read any debate or information on the expertise for humans.

So far it seems that staying in zerker and using this "hierarchical" rotation:
1) MS when up
2) Next WW when up
3) Execute lit then use it if 1 and 2 are still on CD
4) Slam if 1 and 2 are not about to come off CD and you have over 45 rage or are about to autoattack with over 15 rage
5) HS if MS, WW are on CD execute is not lit and you have almost full rage
It's not really a "slam rotation" like before 3.0. It's much more reactive and difficult to pull off. Has anyone else experienced this "hierarchical" approach as the best dps in 3.0 as 53/8/0, or am I missing the boat here? It seemed that staying in battle for OP was terrible. Stance dancing for OP was horrible too.

We had our glaive human warrior spec the deep wounds/incite build tonight, gemming for some extra crit so he could have his off hand proc DW more. Ended up doing 3400 DPS on Brut. (Probably better with axes though and skipping incite, or just doing DW axe 53/8.)
Incite+Heroic strike glyph, if you have a feral druid, is some amazing synergy. I think nearly 60% of his heroic strikes crit, which due to the glyph made the average cost of them somewhere around 6 (not including rage lost, though.). In any case it wasn't a problem to keep WW/BT and every swing an HS up...Threat was pretty monstrous though, everyone else was 50% of my threat on brut, while he was 70% (And he had vigilance.)

Tonight was fun, 3050 dps on Brut using:
http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?warr...12052120501310
Gotta say that's one hell of a buff to even old school fury. These are the kinds of numbers I expected out of TG after the changes they announced, too bad they didn't include them in this patch. Regardless, that was fun.
Edit: Here's the parse for the fight:

Has anyone else been DWing with a 53/8/0 poleaxe spec build? I've been enjoying the playstyle quite a bit and have been fairly pleased with the results, but I'm not entirely certain what I'd like to aim for for an OH -- currently I'm using a Rising Tide/MV combo, and don't have the time or inclination to run arenas for weapons, so I'm mostly curious what others are using/have found to work well.
