Looking at the rings you linked, I'd guess Bladebearer's Signet is low in value because it's hit/expertise. If you are hit and expertise capped, the ring is basically worthless. Same with the Power Enchaning Loop and the neck, both have item budget in hit. The two agility rings you linked are both crit/AP ones.

Edit: I'm not even going to touch on the useless item budget allocation in stamina.

What is the BiS gear for Fury non-hard mode at the moment? I want to see other people suggestions before i make my call on my BiS gear.

You mean [Sif's Promise] because you won't be capped on EXP but with that ring you will be. 6302DPS.

muramid compiled a BiS list for Non-Hardmode gear, your template includes Drape of the Faceless General (Vezax 10 Hardmode) and Mjolnir Runestone (Hodir 10 Hardmode).

True. I was on the watch for 25's Hard Modes, so the 10's slipped by.
Still, with Broach, Girdle of Embers, T8.25 and Strength of the Automaton I get 6053 DPS vs. his Setup with 5953 in my sheet, using JC/BC als profs. For non-JC´s things get even worse there due to a large number of blue sockets.

As a JC/BS with appropriate enchants and Gems and Alliance Draenei I come out with 6129.6436dps with unchanged reaction/lag times. This doesn't include Improved Execute as a talent and is quite short of the expertise cap but theoretically this is the best set according to the sheet.

Wouldn't [Furious Gladiator's Sunderer] be BiS weapon for arms? Or, are we not including it in our "non-hard mode" lists?

Furious t2 Sunderer now requires 2350 rating, so it's really not attainable for the average raider, since the average raider is on average pretty bad at arena.

The Furious t1 weapon is still better than Lotrafen and very easy to obtain however.

I updated my Fury BiS Non Hard mode gear and currently getting 6330 DPS.

For fury BiS:

We only do 10man's, and probably no hard modes because no body cares about loot but about the instance....

I think it would be a nice to include these BiS non-hard mode gear lists to the first post so they don't get lost when this thread gains 3-4 more pages.
