I was trying today to find some place in the arms spreadsheet to update the Swordspec proc chance to compensate for the new change and I could not manage to find it. If someone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction so I can double check some things, it would be much appreciated.

There's a few cells that need modifying. Hit CTRL+F and search for
every time you find it change the 0.01 to 0.02
Also search for
and change it to AO15/50

Was wondering if there was a way to change the armor penetration rating on the spreadsheet to make it possible to check with the new ArP nerf.

Ok I checked the link u posted but there isn't a real answer, so let's solve this problem once for all:
ArP Nerf is live, on the first page of this Thread we have a BiS List provided by Landsoul (ty m8 u are gr8 ,
The question is:
We have better result using ArP gems or STR gems with the items provided in that list?
Plz give a separete answer for fury and for arms spec (to avoid any possbile trubble).
Tnx to all

The thread he linked you to is the thread you are posting in. That's because the answer on how to change the ss to accommodate the live patch is in this thread. Once you have changed the ss, then you can use it to determine for yourself what would be best to gem for.

Change cell E86 to read
=4.69512177*((82/52)*(131/63)^((AI1-70)/10))/1.1
Edit: I'm wondering with this spreadsheet, why is expertise undervalued as arms? If I set it up so I have 60 exp under cap it still doesn't value EXP very high. 2.4 had expertise valued much higher when under softcap. Anyone know if these values are true and I really don't need expertise, or is it a bug?

Im in the EU and Can't find this.
First thing that I found was:
=MAX(MIN(0,5;((1/X55+ALS(ALS(ISNB(VERT.ZOEKEN(C16;MainLookup;15;ONWAAR));0;VERT.ZOEKEN(C16;MainLookup;15;ONWAAR))="Sword";ALS(AO15=0;0;1/(6+1/(AO15/100*Y174)));0))*(Y59*AE57+AE58*(1-F52-F56-Y59)+F56*AE61)-AE69-AE70-AE71-AE72-AE74)/(15-AO4-AR15+AI57)*X55/2)+J34/AC52-W73;0)
How must I change it then??
Also search for

This further reduces the penalty of not having enough expertise.

The proc chance for Sword Spec isn't the only thing that changed. It's not in the patch notes, but if you check logs from pre 3.2.2 and post patch, the extra swings from sword spec no longer glance. Who knows if it still grants rage based on the white dmg formula, or we're back to the very brief 2.1 period where it was yellow dmg and rage granted was only based on swing speed.
I don't even have Excel '07 so I can't check, but it's probably a bit more difficult than changing the proc rate. I also don't know if the spreadsheet has the internal CD, but it's even more important now that the proc rate is doubled.

I would imagine it has to do with how Overpower works.
EDIT: I look up again and see that what I said here is pretty much redundant, I fail.

I've managed to change the macros slightly in-order to get them to work via a corporate proxy server. Here is the code before and after for the GetDataXLS() function.
Before:
Function GetDataXLS(url, searchterm)
Set objXMLHTTP = CreateObject("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.3.0")
objXMLHTTP.Open "GET", url, False
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "User-Agent", "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4"
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "Content-Type", "text/xml"
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "Accept-Language", "en"
objXMLHTTP.Send ""
Set xmlPG = objXMLHTTP.responseXML 'Get the XML in xmlPg
If xmlPG Is Nothing Or xmlPG.DocumentElement Is Nothing Then
Set GetDataXLS = Nothing
Else
Set GetDataXLS = xmlPG.DocumentElement.SelectNodes(searchterm)
End If
Set objXMLHTTP = Nothing
Set xmlPG = Nothing
End Function
After:
Function GetDataXLS(url, searchterm)
Set objXMLHTTP = CreateObject("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.6.0")
objXMLHTTP.Open "GET", url, False
objXMLHTTP.setProxy 2, "XXXXXXXX"
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "User-Agent", "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4"
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "Content-Type", "text/xml"
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "Accept-Language", "en"
objXMLHTTP.Send ""
Set xmlPG = objXMLHTTP.responseXML 'Get the XML in xmlPg
If xmlPG Is Nothing Or xmlPG.DocumentElement Is Nothing Then
Set GetDataXLS = Nothing
Else
Set GetDataXLS = xmlPG.DocumentElement.SelectNodes(searchterm)
End If
Set objXMLHTTP = Nothing
Set xmlPG = Nothing
End Function
All that changes is the version of MSXML from version 3 to version 6 (look in system32 folder for a file called msxml6.dll if you're not sure if you have it installed) and the addition of the setProxy statement. Just replace the "XXXXXXXX" with the name of your proxy server.
If your proxy server uses basic authentication (prompts you for a username and password everytime you connect to the internet) you may need to specify a username and password, this is shown in the code below:
Set objXMLHTTP = CreateObject("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.6.0")
objXMLHTTP.Open "GET", url, False
objXMLHTTP.setProxy 2, "XXXXXXXXXXX"
objXMLHTTP.setProxyCredentials "USERNAME", "PASSWORD"
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "User-Agent", "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4"
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "Content-Type", "text/xml"
objXMLHTTP.SetRequestHeader "Accept-Language", "en"
objXMLHTTP.Send ""
Set xmlPG = objXMLHTTP.responseXML 'Get the XML in xmlPg
If xmlPG Is Nothing Or xmlPG.DocumentElement Is Nothing Then
Set GetDataXLS = Nothing
Else
Set GetDataXLS = xmlPG.DocumentElement.SelectNodes(searchterm)
End If
Set objXMLHTTP = Nothing
Set xmlPG = Nothing
Just change USERNAME and PASSWORD with your credentials.

I've seen a few people say that the T8 4 piece bonus was bugged. It appears that one is fixed in this version but the 2 piece bonus doesn't do anything at all. Is there a way I can change this manually?

In the patch notes it says "The amount of armor penetration gained per point of this rating has been reduced by 12%."
Does this mean that the value in E86 should be changed from 1.25 to 1.13, instead of 1.1?
