MCO (Molten Core Organisation) is the longest running raidgroup on Shadowsong EU. We were among the very first to step into Molten Core and never cut down on raiding since then. MCO has adapted, evolved and restructured at numerous times, trying to optimise between game, social and IRL requirements.
Our ambition is to beat every challenge WoW bestows on us and most of our members are people who feel the call of hardcore raiding and are willing to give it 100% but need to balance in Real Life™. MCO is currently a very successful 3 day raiding guild on Shadowsong EU consisting of three raid teams.
Team PXI, the furthest progressed team competing for world rankings, is looking to strengthen its roster for Dragon Soul.
We are currently recruiting the following classes:
Boomkin (Able to play Resto)
Holy/Ret Paladin (Must be able to play both specs equally well)
Legendary Mage or Shadowpriest
Exceptional players are always considered. If you're good enough, we'll make it work.

Realm first on Sinestra, Al'Akir and Ragnaros.

Thursday, Tuesday - 20:00-24:00
Sunday - 19:00-24:00
Requirements
*You need to be able to pull world class numbers relative to your gear. We believe in quality over quantity raiding, we often have top 25 dps parses on world of logs (bosskills or individually).
*A good computer and a stable internet connection that lets you play without locking up or disconnecting and with low latency.
*A microphone and willingness to communicate on Teamspeak when required.
*Accept criticism and constantly strive to improve your performance any way you can.

*A regular and consistent raiding spot as long as your performance stays in tact. We believe in player skill over class. We defeated Blackhorn heroic with five melee, and spine with no legendaries.
