The guild Exodus of Draenor EU is a 25 man raiding guild which has been active since the summer of 2005. Now the time as come to increase the roster a bit, so we looking out for a few more classes for when the new content arrives, while currently having all 10 and 25-man content on farm (including Sartharion+3 drakes).

Mainly we are looking for dps, but if you are a good and reliable raider that can move out of void zones, feel free to apply. Right now we are looking for

1 Paladin - Holy

We expect you to have knowledge of the class you play in a raiding environment. Your gear is sufficient in the field you'll be working in during raids. If you are a healer for example, you know how to heal and react fast to changing environments in encounters. We have a casual-hardcore attitude about raiding and it seems to work nicely for us. We keep up with the content by being amongst the top guilds on the server yet have a relaxed atmosphere in raiding. All we ask from you is to play to the best of your abilities.

You need to be at least 18 years of age and be able to raid Sunday, Monday and Thursday between the hours of 20:00 - 00:00 server time. We don't expect you to raid every one of those days but being available most of these days to have a high attendance % is required.

In return we offer you to play with one of the best raiding groups on one of Europe's oldest servers. We are good and dedicated players - but we still value real life over the game, so taking a day or two off is not a problem in Exodus. We have fun and good chats both during and outside of raids, while we still focus 100% on the fights. We have a fair dkp-system that's been slightly discussed on these forums, Warmath, and we use a modified version of this. So you will get those upgrades you really need. In addition we have a good and open raid where you won't be shot down if you come with suggestion, we usually find our own way on bosses, and you can be a part of that.
