Absolution is a relatively new guild that was created at the end of December 2008 by a group of people from various top guilds across a few servers.
The aims are simple which is to become one of the top guilds on the server.

Since forming at the end of last year we have worked our way through all the current content most of the time with very few people in the raid due to a struggle at finding people who fit into our style of play and also are willing to put in the hours that are required during progression.

We do now have a good group of players and the guild is starting to establish itself.

What we are looking for :-

• Mature people who can laugh even when things are going wrong
• People who know their class well
• People who dont give up
• People who can raid at least 4 or 5 times a week during progression
• People who are helpful to others in the guild. We want a team and not a group of individuals

What we can offer you :-

• A friendly but very hard working guild atmosphere
• The chance at server firsts
• All the rewards that come with raiding

Our guild currently uses an officer distribution system where we spread the loot around as much as possible. Our aim is not to have a few people that are dripping in gear but to have as many evenly geared people so we can get stuck into Ulduar as soon as the PTR's go live.

After patch 3.1 goes live we will be adopting a DKP system that aims not only to reward people for their efforts in raids but also outside of raids.

- All other applications will be looked at but being one of these roles with greatly increase your chance of getting a trial.

This is not a permanent webpage, one is being designed from scratch and we hope to have this up and running in the next month.
