The Current Class Openings:

Nevermore is never closed to exceptional players of any class. If you feel you would be an invaluable asset to this Guild, then please offer an application. At the moment, we are specifically looking for:

1 - Rogue
1 - Paladin (Holy)

We are also interested in a tank from either of the following classes:

1 - Death Knight (Tank)
1 - Druid (Feral Tank)

Progression:

Trial of the Crusader has been cleared in 10 and 25 man versions. (Bosses released to date).
Ulduar has been cleared in 10 and 25 man versions.
Algalon the Observer is down in 10 and 25 man.
Ulduar (10) hard modes have all been completed - Rusted Proto-Drake achieved.
Ulduar (25) hard modes have all been completed - Ironbound Proto-Drake achieved.
Trial of the Crusader (10) has been completed on both normal and hard mode, with a "Tribute to Insanity" completed.
Trial of the Crusader (25) has been completed and we have cleared Beasts, Jaraxxus, the Faction Champions, Twin Val'kyr and Anub'arak on Hard mode.
We completed "A Tribute to Insanity" server second.

Naxxrammas, Sartharion, and Malygos were all cleared on the first raid there.
Sartharion & 3 Drakes completed on 10 and 25 man.

Prior to this we were 6/6 Sunwell before the bosses were nerfed, finishing The Burning Crusade in the server 3rd position.

About Nevermore:

Nevermore was formed at the end of "vanilla" WoW, ready for The Burning Crusade. The Guild was formed by Tauftamir and Shizaara, who have been managing the Guild ever since.
Nevermore's intent is to be a hardcore Guild for hardcore raiders, whom do not want to raid 6 or 7 nights a week. Therefore, we raid 4 nights each week, but have great expectations of our members who have maintained our excellent raid progression over the past two years.

If you choose to join Nevermore, you will be joining a Guild where the overwhelming majority of the raiders have been playing World of Warcraft for in excess of three years, with a long history of end game raiding experience stretching as far back as when Upper Blackrock Spire was a raid. We've been through Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, Ahn'Qiraj and the original iteration of Naxxrammas.

Raid Schedule:

Monday: 1930-0000
Tuesday: 1930-0000
Thursday: 1930-0000
Sunday: 1900-0000

We also schedule raids on off-days to 10 man raids. These raids start at 19:30. As well as attending the 4 mandatory raids for 25-man content, we are also looking for people who will take part in Guild activities outside of raiding times as well.

Person Specification:

In general terms we are looking for players who are competitive and mature in their approach to the game. We are looking for people who learn quickly, do not repeat the same mistakes over again, and are able to grasp new encounters well. Being able to listen and contribute to the raid is essential.

In order to join Nevermore, you are required to have access to ventrilo, with a microphone, and be able to use it. We don't expect you to talk all the time, but we do need you to be able to communicate quickly in a raid if required.

PvE should be your number one priority, and while some people in the guild enjoy PvPing on a regular basis, your gear and talent choices should be focused around maximizing your raiding performance.

You should have a wealth of PvE Experience that you can bring to the table, along with exceptional skill when it comes to playing your class.
We are ideally looking for people with extensive knowledge of Ulduar and it's hard modes. If you have raiding at Naxxrammas level and Sunwell level in Vanilla and the Burning Crusade, then this is a huge plus which you should demonstrate on your application.

Gear is less important to us than experience, knowledge, and dedication. However, having gear which will let you contribute to the raid right now would be a huge plus. No projects please.

We will consider each applicant on their own merit though, so if you are an amazing player who is perhaps lacking experience, you still have a chance to join.
