About <Asherons Exiles>:
Asherons on the Turalyon (Cyclone, Normal) server offers daily raids in a social environment.
The Guild itself was created in December 2005 and has seen the insides of everything Azeroth has to offer thus far.
For our past achievements we have raided within (at the correct levels):
Pre-TBC: Zul'Gurub to Blackwing Lair (Chrom)
Pre-Wotlk: Karazhan to Tempest Keep (A'lar)
Wotlk: Archaevon to Ulduar (Hodir)
For the additional bosses we have also recently been farming Emalon 10 and progressing through the Sanctum, in both modes, with more Drakes alive.
For the future we're looking at some more Ulduar 10 progress, while still farming Naxxramas on both Heroic and Normal for badges.
Asherons also continues to host classic raids open to any who wish to attend for reputation gains.
These are generally held on Saturday afternoons and Tuesday evenings so as not to disrupt raid progress.

About the Recruits:
We are not a top 10 guild, and thus we are not looking for players expecting to do (for example) the Ulduar heroic achievements.
The Guild forums hold diagrams and tactics for all likely raid encounters, courtesy of Stratfu, adapted to our strengths and weaknesses.
You would be expected, as a raider here, to read up on planned encounters, provide the relevant flasks for yourself and have access to our Teamspeak server.
As for classes, we are currently looking to recruit any of the following:
Tanks: stamina based Ferals with ~ 40,000 health unbuffed (Bear-form)
Healers: 2,000 spellpower, 350 combat mana regen
Casters: 2,000 spellpower, 15% hit rating, including relevant talents
