Guild Information
Greetings, Operation Eskimo is a guild that existed over a year and a half on Boulderfist server, but due to server and recruitment issues, we have moved to Magtheridon at the summer of 2008.

Our aim is to clear all PvE content that is available. We are a stable guild and have survived a lot of hard circumstances. We won't disband.

We are a hardcore PvE guild, we raid a minimum of 5 days during new content progress.

What we require from you:

• Level 80, with proper Ulduar gear. We are recruiting for Yogg+0/Ulduar farm/3.2 & beyond, thus we don't have time to boost your gear or explain you the encounters we already have beaten.
• An application written in proper english.
• Available to raid from 1900 to 2400 5 days a week. More if a kill is close.
• Enchanted gear , running around with unenchanted shoulders and stuff is not acceptable.
• Proper PvE Experience, pre-tbc experience is a plus, so is pre 3.0 sunwell exp. We won't take people whose PvE experience is not at an acceptable level. You are probably halfway through HC:GotUR and done most of the GotUR achievements.
• We expect you to use a microphone, most applications without a working microphone will be dismissed.
• Ability to handle inner guild jokes, you are not sensitive when it comes to religion, racism, mental health, family, stuff like that. You don't go emo at first YM joke. You don't take internet really seriously.
• Dedication to pve, consumable usage, minimal AFK time.
• Keeping calm at most of the time, not going emo over small matters, keeping it cool.
• Play the class, not the spec. You are not absolutely clueless when it comes to your dual spec.
• Bring your best to the raids. If you are having a bad day, tell it beforehand. If you have to go later on, tell it beforehand. Don't be afraid to communicate. Don't be afraid to give input. It is encouraged to give input regarding a matter, a strategy, website or w/e.
• Preferred that you are not a raid logger.

What we can offer you:

• Full frontal raiding, preparations have already been made and are still being made for 3.2 and beyond.
• Our core is active 10+ hours a day. If you need help with anything that is not borderline ridiculous, we are there for you. Not many raidloggers.
• Our core has sticked together for a long and rough time and so did our management, we do not flicker and abandon all hope at the first sign of something bad.
• Veteran and dedicated raiders.
• Instead of being a small part of something big, we give you an opportunity to be an indispensible member of a small family, considering you have passed your trial. We do not take joy in fielding 50 members and sitting 20 of them out each raid. We always do our stuff with a small roster, we don’t spread loot around much and we certainly don’t invite more than what is necessary to the guild.
• We do not expect you to abandon your real life for gaming. However it should be expected to meet a 90%+ raid attendance as a regular member of Operation Eskimo. If you have something important in real life, you can notify it and it will be taken into consideration before the raiding week/day.

-We do NOT need attention seekers and drama queens, we like to keep a low profile and do things our way, if you wanna brag about how awesome you or your guild is at realm forums and stuff and make a fuss about it, don't bother applying.

-We also do not need emo in the guild. If you are gonna complain and go cause personal problems before/during/after progress raids, please do not bother applying either.
