What is <HoB>

We are a guild that has been raiding since August 2004, we have done eveyrthing from Molten Core to Sunwell before current Expansion. In WoTLK we suffered a big setback when our server alliance population died and we were faced with a completly empty server (mazrigos), after struggling there for some months, instead of giving up, we decided to start over in a new server and moved to Dunemaul, we we found a new home and kept progressing.

Right now we are progressing trough Trial of the Grand Crusader and have 3 bosses down, but we are lacking some key classes to be able to have faster progress. We won't make promises to you of world first, or world wild celebrity. I can and will promise you serious progressive raiding and to use all our energy to be the first guild in Dunemaul to clear all Heroic ToC25 (to start with!).

Raiding Schedule

We raid Sunday to Thursdays from 20:00 to 24:00, very high attendance during those days is required. Friday and Saturday we never do progress 25 man raiding, but there will normally be normal guild activities of 10 man raids, 25 man pugs, arenas, battelgrounds, etc.

What we expect from you

. All spots are for full time raiders, not for backups, we need persons that will be here for most if not all of our raids for the full duration. Guild must be able to count on you and not be afraid that you will vanish for one week.

. Flexibility is a must, you should be ready to switch spec if needed for a progress fight and to make a effort of getting decent gear for your off-spec.

. You need to be dedicated, and by that we mean you need to be ready with full consumables, with knowledge of the fight you are facing and what you will

need to do in it, and not expect to be spoon fed.

. Someone that can think for themselves, you can adapt to the changing conditions of the encounters, to go above and beyond your assignmenbuts and be ready to help where help is needed during a fight.

. You need to be able to handle criticism and improve from it, we have a very laid back attitude outside raids, but when we raid we mean bussiness and expect to be told of your mistakes and to be expected to improve from them.

. Goes without saying, but you must have gear that will allow you to progress in Ulduar Hard modes and Heroic Trial of the crusader.
