Hello everyone. I am here to inform you about <The Project>.

The Project is an idea, maybe a dream? Either way, we are here to make it a reality.
Let me explain. The Project is a guild that is not yet established but it's founders have a strive to become one of the best, our aim is to be a top 15 guild in the EU with Icecrown progression.
Basically we are putting a shout-out to everyone on each server to consider The Project.
We will be commencing recruitment starting 11th November 2009. We are looking for players who can play important roles in the guild as well as exceptional raiders.
We need players with exceptional skill. That mediocre death knight with badge gear and a non optimal spec, need not apply. Saying that, we may not be so strict on gear, we appreciate that this guild may be of interest to some of you who do not have "the gear".. We MAY decide to accept 1 or 2 under geared players or rerolls as our emphasis is finding exceptional players but we will be
very careful to limit this, so get your application in asap if this applies to you. We will still require proof that you have experience in endgame raiding (ToC Heroic 5/5 or Anub HC experience minimum).

We have a few members already confirmed to be joining the guild from some of the top 10 guilds in the EU. I will not be providing names of the guilds or the players.

The target realm will be announced a few days before the guild's creation (8th December 2009).
The loot system is yet to be discussed.
The guild ranks are still to be discussed.


Our raiding days and times are still to be discussed but will most likely be:

* Sunday: 20:00 - 00:00
* Monday: 20:00 - 00:00
* Tuesday: 20:00 - 00:00
* Wednesday: 20:00 - 00:00
* Thursday: 20:00 - 00:00

All raids end at 00:00 but may be extended for obvious reasons.
Friday and Saturday are free days, probably used for 10 man instances. Attendance may not mandatory on these days. (This is subject to change).

Why pick us and not some other guild:

* There is opportunity to help run the guild from the ground up (providing you have experience).
* We will offer you a fast-paced progression through raid content with a focus on progression and harder achievements, not farming.
* We will offer a simple and fair loot system which favours higher attendance/well performing members.
* Respec costs during progression raids provided by bank.
* Some enchanting materials provided by bank (as long as our supply covers the demand).
* Repair costs sometimes covered during progression.

We expect the following from all our members:

* Exceptional raid performance.
* Come prepared to raids. This includes reading up on the encounters we're progressing on, while also bringing the necessary consumables for your class.
* Best behaviour towards others in the guild, and non-guild members as well.
* You are expected to choose your talents as it will benefit our raiding most, and re-spec according to our needs when asked to.
You will usually be free to spec as you desire when we have
content on farm status, however have to spec 100% PvE to benefit raid composition while we are progressing and learning new content.
* Your problems are your own. We expect a stable internet connection, and stable access to a computer as well as the ability to personalize your UI and not have issues caused by it.
* You are required to maintain an attendance of over 80%.
* Sense of humour!
* If you cannot handle criticism for your mistakes you shouldn't be applying.

All applications will be kept 100% private through our email system. Only the confirmed officers will be able to read them and it will be kept that way. Applicants will get a confirmation email stating
whether or not the application has been successful.

* Shamans: All viable specs
* D Knight: All viable specs

Remember that we require a few raiders with officer experience.

Applications should be fairly personalised (you can use your current guild's app form if you wish) but there are some important things you should include in your application:

* Your character name.
* Where you live.
* Your age.
* A link to your armoury (this will be kept 100% secret, do not worry.
* Any WWS logs you may have.
* A Screenshot of your UI in a raid environment.
* Previous raid experience and previous guilds.
* Connection/Computer stats.
