The Noob has core members since its banding in 2007 March. After covering Gruul’s Lair from wall to wall with our corpses and after mopping floors in Maggy's Lair we literally hit Karazhan. And yes we have an unwritten rule not to visit Karazhan again. God please no more.
We thought cheap shot meant cheap ammo and hand of sacrifice was what we did when were younger. A constant reminder to us that our guild median age is thirtyish.
Our only notable achievement for us so far, was probably downing Kael&Vashj before it was nerfed. Clearing MH and BT up to Illidan, we were able to raid Sunwell briefly. We have always been and will always be casual. We have had some notable moments such as Sartharion 3drake kills and Malygoss kills as server 10th(not sure about this) and world 135643rd (pretty sure about this) and an attempted 10 man Naxx undying which resulted in hunters being banned from our guild indefinitely. We do not have good memories with Yogg-Saron so I don't want to go in details there but yes we downed him once. We kill bosses in 25 raids on a regular basis (gief epix) against deliberate noobness from our very own members and yes we try hard modes and heroics but all this in 4 nights a week 3 or 4 hours raiding each night. Like all addicted players, we try to make most of the time we can spare to this addiction.
In Cataclysm we are now 10/12 and trying a few heroics.
We need a few more noobs like us for raiding in Cataclysm and beyond. We need people who can raid at least 3 nights a week like most of us here. If you can raid an extra 4th night, with permission from your girlfirend/wife or boyfriend/husband, it's a plus.
What we can give you is wipefests and maybe hair loss (courtesy of Turkish Telecom). I can not promise more than this.
Although we try to stick to “bring the player not the class“ attitude there are physical limitations to this and Blizzard is not being helpful. Since almost all our single click melee dpszorz classes are full, such as rogues and retardins, try applying with another class if you want a raiding spot. Except for loladins(any spec) in particular, any other promising application will be considered.

We know limiting ourselves to a national guild decreases player base but we need the kind of people that can read this and understand why this thread is here.
A final note to all the noobs out there who missed the very first paragraph. This is "Turkish speaking only" guild.
