Elitist Jerks - [Horde][Aman'thul] <Novitas> Sarth+3 clear, Recruiting 2 x caster DPS

<Novitas> are an oceanic based horde guild comprised of mature players with varying backgrounds, all brought together by our enjoyment of raiding. During the Burning Crusade we cleared 2/6 Sunwell Plateau and all content before it prior to the 3.0 nerf. In Wrath we cleared Naxx, OS and the eye soon after release. We have cleared Sarth+3 on 25 man. We are currently working on 10 man Sarth to round off wrath raiding and gearing up for Ulduar.

We are currently looking for 2 caster DPS to complete our raiding roster.

1 x Warlock
1x Shadow Priest
We would also consider 1x Boomchicken or Ele shammy

Novitas raid Wednedsay/Thursday/Sunday/Monday nights. Invites at 20:15 for a 20:30 start, and 23:30 finish AEDST (server time).

We are looking for players that can commit to attendance on our core raid nights (Wed, Thurs, Sun & Mon), with a successful applicant having >75% attendance.

Successful applicants would display skill and commitment to their raid toon. We play in a relaxed environment but take our raid encounters seriously. We look for players that are fast to react and are innovative with their class. Able to do more than just plant your feet and mash buttons.

You must be drama free and mature of mind. We are not interested in immaturity, perpetual guild hoppers, drama-queens, forum trolls, loot obssessed players and people that join then go AWOL.

We value skill, ability, attendance, and reliability. Proven experience is valued although not essential for the right applicant.

Successful applicants would have gear that shows they have worked hard to improve their toon through the opportunities they've had. There is no hard and fast rule but your gear should tell us something about your dedication toward your toon. Taking advantage of crafted items, heroics / dungeon gear and 'blues' would be considered a good place to start. Sockets filled with appropriate gems for your class, and enchants that benefit the role you're applying for.
