Serious Players is an Alliance Thaurissan guild that consists mostly of Singaporean Players. We live mostly in a GMT+8 timezone and speak English as a primary language. We have a fair number of Australians, Malaysians and also an American or 2 in our guild.

We are currently keen on recruiting the following:

1x Deathknight, Tank or DPS
1x Mage
1x Druid, able to play well in both Moonkin and Restore specs
1x Shaman, will primarily be Elemental, but must also be comfortable with healing.

We are also on the lookout for a good Rogue and Shadowpriest.

What's the raid team like?

Serious Players is one of the top guilds on the Thaurissan server, and in the top 5 for Oceania, in terms of raid content. Prior to WotLK, we were a merger of 2 GMT+8 guilds, Eternity and Resilience, and were known as Ghost. We were 1 of the few Oceanic guilds to clear the Sunwell before patch 3.0

Every individual in our raid is expected to have done as much research as they can on any given encounter prior to it if possible, and to understand it. We stress on individual responsibility alot, and believe that the reason why people are raiding with us is because they want to beat the content themselves.

What raid times am i looking at?

You will be required to make an 80% attendance minimum. Serious Players raids 2 days a week now for Heroic Raid Achievements (Weds and Thurs), but during progression times, raid days will be everyday except Saturdays and Tuesdays (Maintenance). Every raid begins at 8pm and ends around 12am, GMT+8.

What content are you currently doing?

We are currently just getting everyone the Heroic: Glory of the Raider achievements, with the only one not done being The Immortal (sigh, so many times, so close...)
