Crusaders of the Flame is a mature raiding guild on Khaz'Goroth in search of a few more players to join our raiding team. Most of us have been raiding together since BC and we have established a great community of players beyond our raiding numbers. CotF is not what you would call a hardcore guild, perhaps not by a long shot by the standard of these forums, but we feel we split the difference by pairing success with a more casual attitude. Casual can be a bad word in this game, the excuse for failure too often. We do not enjoy failure, we move to remedy it. Casual and hardcore are in the remedy, in the people. Our people are casual but our raiding is far from it. If you like to raid and like to down bosses, but have a family too CotF might be exactly what you're looking for. Exactly the split you need. We've cleared Malygos and are excited to hit Ulduar as soon as it becomes available.

We raid Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights from 7 pm to 11 pm server time.

To that end we're looking to add another four to five quality raiders to our roster. In particular we're interested in an additional restoration shaman and a restoration druid. Beyond that nearly any player can work with our raiding team providing you are a fit for our culture. An applicant should have a firm understanding of their class and roll with an eye to having two specs to support the guild. A good candidate has excellent communication skills, a stable PC and connection, and the willingness to use voice communication. Finally a sense of both fun and seriousness. Now know that sounds trite, but the goal here is to enjoy your time, not waste it. We would much prefer to recruit raiders with gear and experience, however given the current state of raiding an under-geared applicant with the right qualities could gear up very rapidly.
