We are looking for some fresh blood as we push further into the Lich King's stronghold and prepare to end his reign of terror!

Infamy has been around under various monikers over the years but we have always had a core that achieves great things. Many of our core raiders have played the game since day 1 but we have also found exceptional depth of talent in people who started playing well after then.

Infamy stands by its motto: "Raid Less, Achieve More". Unlike many progression guilds we do not raid 5 and 6 nights a week while bashing our heads against someone else's strategy. Our approach is to refine what works for us and beat the content as fast as possible; we value the opinion of our raid members and often find the best contributions come from where we least expect it.


What we expect in an applicant:

We are a progression focused guild and in light of that we expect out members to play with minimal mistakes (don’t stand in the fire,) adaptive (even if it is blue) and observant (unless it is a fire you are meant to stand in.) If you are unable to put the time into writing a good application or are always “that guy”, we are probably not the guild for you.

We expect our members to gear and spec appropriately and unless you are playing scrubby alts you should know what the relevant skill caps and talent specs for your class are. We usually organise various alt runs throughout the week and most people seem to have at least one scrubby alt to bring along for a bit of fun. In the event of gimmick fights that require a respec we reimburse are prepared to reimburse you for the expenses incurred.

Our raid team has ~30-35 members at any given time and we ask for a minimum of 75% attendance. Finally, while we don’t expect our members to be perfect, you must be able to handle constructive criticism when things go pear shaped as well as praise for a job well done.

- Thursday: 8.00pm – 11.30pm

At this point in time we are no longer actively recruiting. Players of exceptional skill and not standing in fire-ness are as always encouraged to apply.
