About < Tribo >

< Tribo > has been an established raiding guild alliance side on the Oceanic PVE server Nagrand for over a year and a half. We are mature and relaxed with almost all of our members are in their 20's and 30's, the majority of which are from Southeast Asia and Western Australia, with a few residing in the USA. We believe that our great atmosphere balanced with our focus and dedication is the reason we're enable to achieve more than most raiding guilds on Nagrand while raiding less.

We expect all raiders to maintain 75% attendance for all 25man raids.

25 Man Raid Times
Wed/Thu/Sun: 10pm - 2am Server Time [+10 GMT] (8 - 12 midnight SG/MY/Perth time [+8 GMT])

10 Man Raid Times
We run up to 4 10man teams throughout the week. These occur on off-nights (Fri/Sat/Mon) as well as after raids Wed/Thurs/Sun.

DKP System
We use EQDKP with Wait List and Decay for our 25man raids. You can view our DKP site which includes our roster and attendance at: www.tribo-nagrand.com/dkp/

About You

We are looking for players that will become core members of our guild, not just through WotLK, but through Cataclysm as well.

< Tribo > are looking for players who:

- Show skill and knoweledge in playing the game and their class.
- Have a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude
- Always come to raids prepared and are willing to farm for the required gear, enchants, and consumables needed for raiding.
- Are committed to raiding and our progression as a team
- Have a reliable internet connection
- Have a reasonable amount of experience
- Conduct themselves in a mature and respectful manner
- Have a good sense of humor and want to have fun

We are currently recruiting most classes for our Core Raiding Team. Yes, if you show the qualities above and a matching attitude, you will have a consistent raiding spot!
In addition to exceptional apps of all classes, we're especially on the lookout for:
Druid - Balance and/or Resto
Mage - Skilled DPS
Priest- Disc and/or Shadow
Shaman - Elemental
Warrior - Prot with DPS offspec
Death Knights - Tank or DPS
