I couldnt see Grobbulus' clouds when I turned down spell gfx settings, but I could see them perfectly when it was on max. This just might be the same thing.

If I am uncertain of my threat as an offtank I switch to dual wield for increased rage generation. and sunder/hs spam. To me it seems to work better than sunder/shield slam.
