I have only noticed that I get much better dps by just single-targeting everything. AoE on 4 mobs results in about 6.7k dps if I remember correctly whereas single-target is 10k. Thus atleast for me...

The OP claims Shadowburn doesn't scale at all atm, but I am getting as high as 18k crits with it in ICC and thus I would claim it indeed DOES scale. Not to mention that it's a helluva lot of damage...
